I hired a packing company to securely pack a tv to ship it and they still managed to break itAnd i filed a claim they still haven’t paid me back the cost of the tv+ the extra cost i paid for the tv to be shipped + equipment & labour used to pack the tv securelyAnd i provided receipts for everythingTHEY ARE PROLONGING IT

Horrible experience. They do not disclose that they use a third party. My envelope appears to have been lost and they cannot even provide an update becuase they now have to wait 2 or 3 days to initiate an investigation.

Unreliable and horrible service. This is a company that cannot be trusted to service your shipment. They do not follow through or make any commitment to quality service.

I sent some packages to India, and after the packages reached, I got an invoice from them for an additional 300 dollars claiming that I gave wrong measurements of the package. In response I'd emailed them pictures of the unopened packages, proving that my measurements were in fact correct. Instead of responding to my email, they went ahead and charged my card with 300 dollars without informing me. This is unethical! These people are thieves and I'd recommend taking your business to more honest people.

I made a big mistake of choosing NEW Worldwide Express for my shipment from Fargo,ND to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This was a problem from the very beginning. Absolutely the worst! If you are looking for professional services, this is NOT your place especially the Daphne So the operation manager and Sam from customer service. I got a quote for shipping household goods from Fargo, ND to Riyadh, SA. The quote says 25 days, but I received the shipment after 5 months. In the beginning, I told them that the shipment had already been palletized on a 48*40 pallet, they said okay, but after the payment, they tried to force me buy to a crate for the shipping to make more money. They contracted with a cheap company to pick up my shipment from Fargo, who missed the picking up appointment 4 times. After one week of back-and-forth emails and calls to decide to deal with another company. The new company pick-up the shipment on Feb 28th, 2023, and delivered it to NEX on March 2nd But NEX kept the shipment for a month in their storage. On April 9th NEX finally decided to process the international shipping to UAE Jebel Ali. The shipment was supposed to arrive in UAE Jebel Ali on May 8th and arrive in Riyadh the dry port on May 18th, But NEX kept it in UAE Jebel Ali until July 18th because they were looking for a cheap forwarding agent to send the shipment from UAE to Saudi Arabia and they were using the Shipping lines and an excuse to the delay. Finally, the shipment arrived at the dry port in Riyadh Saudi Arabia on July 22-2023, but NEX wanted me to pay the bill for the forwarding agent claiming this is a local service and the customer is responsible for these chargers. So it is very simple this company will steal your money and provide no service!

I would advise not to use this company. I made the mistake of going through them. Assuming it's their business they would know the appropriate paperwork to send with the package through customs, but I guess they don't because after 25 emails and multiple phone calls.. going back and forth with them, FedEx in the recipient country, FedEx in my country, they still have not given the appropriate paperwork. And the package is still sitting there. It's your industry You should know what you're doing. That's what we pay you for

I had a few issues with my shipping labels that was handled IMMEDIATELY by their customer service agent. This was the first time using this company to ship to TT and I will definitely be using them again. Great Experience. Thank You Mika for handling everything efficiently.

Daphne and Alexis were fantastic, helped me organise US to AUS sea transport. Great customer service, very responsive and the price was also excellent. Happy to use NEX again anytime.

?HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE? They never answer the phone and they never answer email. When you attempt to chat with them, it shows they are online. However, when you provide your information to begin the chat, they say that nobody is available at this time and to leave a message and someone will get back to me. Nobody answered my message and got back to me. They just don't care about customers because they don't care about their business.
