Helps you out with any account questions and will let you know wait times incase its really busy. Rich helped me out with moving and opening up savings and checking accounts. Sure he'll try to sell you on upgrading credit cards to try and make a sale, but hes only helping you out and trying to get you a better card than what you already have. Even though its tough hearing through a mask and through the plexiglass he explains everything and makes sure youre getting the best deal. Saturday hours open till 2. Good for customers but feel bad for the employees. Hope they get some good compensation for working later than other banks on Saturdays”
