Received a bouquet yesterday for a family member who had just gotten out of the hospital and today the flowers are dying. Petals were on the floor. Also, the water in the vase was dirty like they had been in there for 3-4 days already. When I called I was told no way are the roses dying, they are new and last 2 weeks. So I sent pictures. All of the roses are soft, if they’re fresh they are firm when you give a little squeeze and not fully open.

Elizabeth is beyond helpful in providing immediate assistance in getting me the right bouquet.
Also in this 90 degree weather day, she provided me a bottle of water and a place to cool off for a few minutes. So I could literally “stop and smell the flowers”. Truly fantastic customer service.

This place deserves zero stars. Never hire a place that doesn't have actual floral designers. We hired this place to create a sports related funeral arraignment and they said they could do it. What they gave us was pathetic, like it was created in kindergarten class but charges us professional prices. They are not floral designers at all. Go to an establishment that cares.

if i could give zero stars i would. Spoke with Elizabeth on the phone and she promised a beautiful flower arrangement that was going to look like a football with white lines and jets in white lettering and when we recieved this at my grandfathers funeral i was in shock. looks absolutely nothing like a football. they spray painted the flowers green and it was all uneven. the shape was lopsided the wording was not straight and was a complete disaster and flowers lifting off. Please see the photos for reference. The banner they wrote in black sharpie and could not even make out what it said. I paid a lot of money so my grandfather could have a special piece as he was a huge jets fan and im so disappointed. Do yourselves a favor and do not spend any money here. called the office and they had nothing to say for themselves. Absolutely terrible can’t believe they would deliver this to anyone.

I am so disappointed. I went in and ordered a dozen pink roses for a client. I signed a card to go along with the flowers.
The next day I had not heard from my client so I called this florist. They said the flowers were on the truck being delivered. Shortly after they called to confirm the address. “I thought the flowers were already on the truck?!” No answer. Then I ask if the card I wrote out was attached to the flowers and they asked me if I could give them the note again. (What????). So I did. Then they asked if I wanted baby’s breath in the arrangement and once again I asked “I thought you said they were on the truck??” No answer.
My client got roses that looked very red so I called again to say I did not order red but pink. Their answer, “these are hot pink”. But I didn’t order hot pink!
Today I get a call from my client that the flowers are dying already. I am so embarrassed. If they make this right I will chalk it off to a one-off mistake and change my review.

Never have I experienced such horrible customer service as I have with this shop. My niece ordered an arrangement through Proflowers for my 80th birthday to be delivered 1/15. There was a delivery problem and it didn’t arrive till late the next day. I have seen the Proflower picture, so I know what it was supposed to look like. The only thing similar is the square container and roses. The arrangement had 5 roses in one side and the back only had a piece of purple status and a stem of alstroemeria. The back of this arrangement was never completed. Having been a florist for 35 years, I’m aware of what an arrangement is supposed to look like. For a florist to send out something as unprofessional as this is beyond my comprehension! I called them to complain on 1/16. The person disputed my claim and said “we would never send out anything like you are describing “ I sent her a picture. She got back immediately and said I would receive a replacement that week. Nothing arrived. I called on Saturday and was told I’d have flowers on Monday. No flowers came. I called twice more & left voicemails. Nothing! I only hope my niece is able to get her money back through Proflowers. To call this place a florist is a travesty! Shame on you Lizze Flowers!!!!!

I receive flower delivery monthly... it was first time getting it from this shop! I am still in shock! The driver called me to ask if I was home. I responded yes, he said he was at my door. I went to the door and I see this man pull out a bouquet from his car which is dripping water! He hands me a tiny strip of paper to sign which was really weird and then he gives me these wet flowers. They drip trough my living room. The flower arrangement consisted of 3 roses and other flowers more than half of the bouquet was leaves and some of the flowers were rotting already. Terrible experience.
