I came to Yelp to check the hours of my favorite dry cleaner, Genty's Cleaners, and I could not believe my eyes when I saw the rating being lower than five stars. This family run business is hands down the best in area and any ratings that suggest otherwise should not be trusted. The owners are true masters of their craft and I trust them with all of my dry cleaning, laundry, custom tailoring, and clothing repairs.

I have been Gentys customer for about 8 years or more. They are amazing, friendly, always have my clothes ready on time, and I never had any issues like I saw in other reviews. I get all my blazers, winter coats, business shirts and dresses cleaned there every few months. Never had a problem. Always do a great job, no complaints here.I highly recommend Gentys!As I am always friendly and appreciate their good services, they have been super nice to me. (maybe SOME people should try being nicer)

They are using great eco friendly cleaning products . They said they may ruin the fake leather on my jacket because of chemicals but because they were so careful nothing happened. And honestly my jacket was very heavy and thick wool. They cleaned it perfectly

I called this cleaners to ask for a price to clean a shirt and a suit. The Asian guy answers and says we don’t give prices on the phone because we need to see the clothes. I’m not gonna carry all my clothes to you just to get a price. Every normal cleaners gives you a price when you call. Except this place and one other Asian place. Maybe it’s an Asian thing. Poor business decision in my opinion. I guess I’ll go elsewhere.

I bring a LOT of clothes to Genty's for many years. The service is by far the best I've received. My clothes come out just perfect. The serervice is friendly and expedient. The price is reasonable to very good. I have never had an issue. I used to live near by and recently moved several towns over and I still happily go to Genty's even after testing 3 other cleaners in my area.
