“I love the Mom & Pop feel of the store. The signs are all very humorous and the prices are reasonable. Best place to get your custom stamp made in a short amount of time. They also have a large selection of pre-made stamps at the ready. If I could add a 6th star I would because the store cat (Ratty) makes the experience that much better.”

“Finding quality, compassionate galleries in NJ like this one is few and far between. From the moment you walk in, you are treated as a friend and Patti is more than just an owner. She is more than accommodating and always willing to share stained glass tips and suggestions.A great selection of accessories and glass pieces. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in stained glass.”

“We are a customer for life. Our screen printing company has been using Total Ink for the last few years for our inks and supplies. We are always satisfied with all of their products, but this review is about CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!We recently had a customer bring us 8000 polypropolene bags to screen print. The ELC ink did not adhere because there was an unknown glossy finish on the bags. With this, I called over to TOTAL INK and spoke with Andrew. Without hesitation, Andrew asked me to ship him a few bags so they could test different substrates to see what ink/additive would adhere to the bag. As soon as he received the bags, he touched base with the owner (Lou) and let us know asap that they would work on it to come up with a solution.Total Ink exhausted every option over a full day, to include over 8 different substrate test prints to try and get us a mixture that would adhere at NO COST to us. Ultimately, it was determined that they would have to be pad stamped. The customer service that Andrew and Total Ink provided to us was second to none. If I'm being honest, I was not surprised. I have reached out to them a few other times with questions or concerns. I've always spoken to Mark or Andrew and they get you answers quick and clearly want to help you.Thank you and we will ALWAYS buy our screen printing supplies from you guys!Joe/ownerALL ABOUT TEES Inc.”

“I absolutely *love* the watercolor paints I bought! The Star Gold is amazing, the Titanium White did great coverage over dark paints. I am waiting for 2 pans on back order. Will order again. When you order, be aware this is not Amazon next day delivery, but what I got was worth the wait.”

“I have been going to Paintbox NoLita for the last few years, and have had 4 separate pieces framed. I don’t write reviews often but I want to commend their services. Every time their work is top notch (most pieces I’m framing are fine art prints or paintings), and they always handle them with care. The museum glass option is a must for me, and their pricing on it is good.I know I can go to them for high quality work, and pay fair prices.I have to give them credit: as recently a lenticular I had framed by them slipped inside the frame and was crooked. I called them up and they told me to bring it in and they would fix it. I didn’t even have a receipt as it had been over a year, but they took the piece and fixed it within 2 days - no charge. This is the customer service I appreciate, and will continue to give them my business and recommend them to others.”

“Much smaller than I was expecting! It’s like a broom closet—but I LOVED it! Lots of fun, hard to find tools and paint types & friendly, knowledgeable staff too!”

“The staff were very helpful when I was making my order. I was able to get a variety of raw stones for carving. The shipping was faster than I thought possible, under 48 hours, which left me in disbelief. When the box arrived, it was in pristine condition, packed very securely, and my order was reasonably priced as well, which I appreciate greatly. I will definitely be making future orders!”

“Love this store, you end up buying things you were not even looking for lol. They have everything you need and don't need too. I could spend a whole day here.”

“Can't say anything bad about them. I had a client call and order over the phone and it was available for a smooth and clean pickup the same day. I can always find what I need and they have multiple NYC locations (and a very user-friendly website) just in case you can't find what you need. I even picked up a compact drawing board for myself. The staff was so friendly and approachable that it was an easy sale.”

“In spite of the fact that I have lived in Union City, New Jersey almost my entire life, I only started going to this stationery store a little more than a year ago. The owner is very polite, professional, and helpful, and I love the fact that it is also one of the longest-running businesses on Bergenline Avenue. In addition to stationery and office supplies, customers also enjoy a mini art gallery of paintings from a local Union City artist. In addition, the owner has a lovely selection of music playing. I love supporting local businesses, and thus is a great one.”

“Tucked away between Soho and Chinatown is an unexpected Paper Source location. Since the great implosion of Papyrus and Kates Paperie closing down (most if not all) of their stores, it has not been as easy as it used to be to find a nice card shop that also wraps presents. Fortunately the ol' Yelp app helped me find this Paper Source location. This shop is interesting. It is not just a card and gift shop. It is also a cafe! The card/gift store is in the front and it is a very charming little shop. Don't turn too fast or you may knock something down. Things are really packed in. Then behind that is a small entrance to a cafe with a counter to the left and seating to the right. I did not go into the cafe that day but there were some lovely smells coming from it!It took a little bit of time to get the attention of the young lady behind the counter. She was *heavily* engaged in doing...something behind the counter. I just stood there waiting (not wanting to startle her) but other customers beat me to it. Once I had her attention she was more than helpful. I selected my gift wrap and waited for another employee to wrap the present. I was surprised by how long this took. The gift was a Barbie doll and it took over ten minutes to wrap. Mind you, it was *very* carefully wrapped and they did a great job, I was just surprised. The wrapping job cost $8 + the cost of the paper, which was a bit more than I am used to paying (another shop I've been to on the Upper East Side charges $5 + the paper). Still, I was in a rush so I went with it.In addition to cards and gift wrap, this shop carries a variety of gifts including toys, board games and puzzles so if you're looking for a gift this is a nice place to visit!”

The ones I never tried before. It's greater an artist! Plus, staffs very attentive here and friendly”

“I've ordered from Etchworld twice at this point, and both orders were totally accurate and arrived in a timely manner. I like that as a little 'thank you', they even included a little freebie. Their over-n-over stencils are easy to use and their website has some great ideas.”

“Signature Crafts has been my supplier for specialty glues for many years. The owner, Mike, is probably the foremost expert in different types of adhesives and their use than any other supplier I work with in any other product category. He is always available for questions, his company ships when they say they will and the customer service team clearly values me as a client and my business. I can give the highest recommendation for using Signature as a supplier to your store or distributorship.”

“The framing team here is awesome! My husband and I came by with canvases that needed stretched and framed during their 50% off sale and had a great experience start to finish. They offered great, genuine guidance from start to finish that made for a stress free experience, and our artwork was done within the expected 2 week time frame.”

“I would give them 10 stars if available because they always come to the rescue with their Pantone chips. So many people thought these guys closed. But they just moved a few blocks away from their original location on 33rd st! Lifesavers! When you’re in the middle of production and one of the colors needs to change quickly - then you need to get to Columbia. Plus they have amazing Art supplies. And their staff is friendly and knowledgeable”
