I had a stackable washer and dryer installed on 4/25/2024. This was arranged by my landlord to replace an older set (the washer was no longer working).The delivery and installers arrived 45 min early, which would have been an issue if I was not home. I asked them to return in a little while because I was not ready for them and they did. They had another delivery/installation in the same building.While removing the old (stackable) machines, 1) they did not ask me to hold open the entry door (which has a heavy auto close), so they banged the machines in a few places into the door and doorway, and 2) a lot of water spilled out from the washer onto my laundry room floor hardwood floor and carpet runner. I had to point it out to them. They then asked for a towel to clean it up, but did a shoddy job, so I had to do it.One of the installers has really bad BO. He needs to shower and wear deodorant. It was disgusting.Suggest a retraining on "handling someone else's property with care" and instructions on cleanliness for their delivery guys/installers.

Another FLAWLESS delivery and installation from Top Line! A 600 pound refrigerator and soft, wide plank pine should spell disaster. 3 expert delivery guys followed up by 2 great installation guys. Not a single scratch or mark anywhere. You'll never find me in a box store ever again. Thank you for the pain free purchase.

Service is horrible , made us wait all day for appliances to find out they only had half of our order on there truck. We lost money staying home . This company has no clue what there doing .. save your time and money shop some where else!

Top line in Wall Township.I have been trying to get my washer fixed since November 2023 (it is now mid February2024). I have dealt with entry level technicians, diagnosing the wrong problems, parts being broken shipped to my house another to Top Line, technicians, not showing up and excuses being made by the service coordinators, parts being installed, and not being tested and not working. Not fixing the problem. Finally get a senior tech out who diagnoses the issue. Parts are shipped. New tech comes in takes the washer apart and installs the new pumps. He test it & the detergents now empty into the washer. Tech leaves. I immediately run a load of laundry, and it fails to go into a full spin cycle to remove the water. Coincidence? I don’t think so. Called to have the technician return. Waiting for a tech to come again. We’ll see what happens if they will actually fix it properly. This is extremely disappointing. I don’t know what happened to Top Line but their service has been horrible. Schedulers not complying when I request morning appointments. I have bought 95% of my appliances through this store and have never had the issues I am having now. It’s a huge decline

Service staff was great. They quickly scheduled appointment to check out our refrigerator, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and then completed the repair once the parts arrived. Technicians showed up on time. Very satisfied with the service we received.
