“On a Friday, I stopped by at noon and there were no lines and I was in a rush to go pick up my son at school. I was in the middle of my workday and business meetings and I ran in and, for some reason, decided I needed my phones for the 2 minutes I would be in there. Well, in my rush, I left both phones behind after paying my transaction. I went, picked up my son, and then finally noticed I was missing my phones. When I returned, not only was the nice man holding my phones but was even charging one of them! I mean, talk about the best customer service ever!Overall, he was also very helpful and courteous. “I actually just went there to do a return at the UPS drop off. There was a young lady named Sam working that area as well as the print service. There were 2 other customers before me, one of whom was a bit difficult. Sam took the time to acknowledge my presence and to assure me that she'd be with me asap. I've been in retail for close to 30 years and it's always such a pleasure to watch someone doing their job so well! I hope that she is well compensated as she is definitely an asset to the store and to the Staples brand.
