“I don’t know if they hired new people, but I just had a great experience at this location. I came to return a gift, but did not realize until I arrived that I was supposed to package it myself. I asked if there was something I could buy to package it, but instead the employee found a spare box for me to use. It was a small gesture, but it really made an impression.”

There were 2 other customers before me, one of whom was a bit difficult. Sam took the time to acknowledge my presence and to assure me that she'd be with me asap. They have the supplies you need and even have nice seasonal packaging as well. I will definitely not avoid this post office when it comes time again to mail something that takes more than a simple stamp.”

I called and got through to Amanda who was wonderful and told me exactly how to get them out for next day in their zip code. John at the counter and Matt, the supervisor happily accommodated me. Then she had it sent directly to him. She has really cleaned up and organized the whole post office. Everything looks great. Gabby and Barbara are wonderful and so happy for Angela's leadership!”
