Been with Provident for many years with both personal and business checking. No fee checking account. No pushy sales. Friendly, helpful staff who know you by name.

The bank teller told me the company was getting rid of the passbooks. Not to happy about it. I only came to this bank for 28 years just for them to tell me they are getting rid of the passbooks and wasting paper and mail and making us download another app . I might as well just transfer to another bank. I really wish PROVIDENT BANK WOULD KEEP THE PASSBOOKS!!!!!! Please let your higher ups know how your customers feel about these upcoming changes. Thanks. I personally like my passbook it’s easy I don’t need to download an app or keep track of statements.. let’s keep the passbook that’s what makes provident bank so special.

Always courteous, professional and friendly. Staff goes out of their way to help with all banking needs. I could not feel better about banking at Provident!

I loooove provident. I have had them for years, and will not switch to another bank. Evrey branch I've been to, including this one, has always had the nicest employees, who go the extra mile to remember me, make small talk with me, smile, say please and thank you.. no issues at all. pay no mind to the bad reviews on here, cause they are simply not true

Not sure if I'm unlucky but their ATM Machine ate my card and wouldn't get it back now I have to get a new one. Marc lasevoli is right don't waste your time here there are plenty of other banks that won't do this
