“This is a convenient and nice location to get your post office tasks completed. The folks I dealt with were polite & helpful. They have the supplies you need and even have nice seasonal packaging as well. I will definitely not avoid this post office when it comes time again to mail something that takes more than a simple stamp.”
“I needed to know how quickly I could get some Open House invitations out for my listing in Point Pleasant Beach. I called and got through to Amanda who was wonderful and told me exactly how to get them out for next day in their zip code. John at the counter and Matt, the supervisor happily accommodated me. It was so much easier than I had imagined and everyone was so helpful👔
“I drive from Freehold to Farmingdale PO. I see John (Jack) at the window most times. All of my letters or packages arrive on time. I haven't lost one yet. Plus their suggestions helped me so much.Clean and I never have to wait in a long line. “I can’t say enough wonderful things about this post office. First of all, they are always so kind and helpful anytime I come in and need assistance. Second, I am still sitting here in disbelief how above and beyond Kim went to get a hold of my package. I ordered something for my daughter for her graduation and unfortunately when I got the notification the package was delivered I could not find it anywhere. It wasn’t our regular mail person and these things happen. I drove over to the post office 30 minutes before closing on a Friday, and Kim couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did she locate my package but she went and picked it up herself where it was accidentally delivered and then hand delivered it to me at my home. This is just above and beyond what anyone would ever do these days and I’m just so thankful to live in this town with such amazing, kind hearted postal workers. I know if I lived anywhere else my daughter wouldn’t have had her graduation gift on time. Kim, you are amazing and I can’t thank you enough for what you did! We love our Colts Neck Post Office! ❤️”

“USPS is the best mail delivery system in the world!! They work day in, day out, delivering mail no matter what the weather is! Also they have very convenient drop off bins all over town. And you can drop off big packages here as well. Btw you don't have to wait on line if you got a big package, you could go to the right side of the building through the second door and there are bins to place them. Great system. Very well organized. Nice staff.”

“I went to several post offices in area to mail overnight packages for charity event was treated very rude in 2different post offices . My parents suggested I go to there post office in ocean grove, the man behind the window was very helpful getting the remaining 15 packages out without any problem or attitude”
“Pleasant and efficient. After confusing mix up with Amazon. I saw that I needed to go to Asbury Park post office to pick up our packages. When I saw the reviews I was preparing myself for the worst. It was anything but that. The woman that the counter was pleasant and solved my issue immediately and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Kudos.”

“Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from…I’ve been using this location for almost 10 years an I have never had an issue. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Post office is clean and there’s rarely a wait. The rest of the post offices in this area are absolute nightmares - this one and it’s staff are a saving grace.”
“Wei helped me so much at the end of her shift. I needed a package that I would have otherwise missed by being away, and instead of just telling me to call and check back in the morning, she went in the back and found it. I cannot say enough about how much she saved the day!!”

“Angela the new post master went above and beyond when a package was received from a Boston post office. She called me right away to let me know it was my son's lost wallet. Then she had it sent directly to him. She has really cleaned up and organized the whole post office. Everything looks great. Gabby and Barbara are wonderful and so happy for Angela's leadership!”
