“I accidentally deleted the e sim off my iPhone and could not for the life of me figure out how to activate it. After a three hour headache I finally went to Verizon and was greeted by Cliff. He was welcoming and kind. He was able to get my phone back up and running in to time and was such a pleasurable experience! I learned my lesson after today and next time I’ll just head straight to Cliff.”

“Went in to Verizon today on the recommendation from a friend, my phone was glitching and not holding a charge, Dan helped me get a new phone, explained everything I needed to know, he was very patient as I’m not technically savvy!! I usually dread buying a new phone but Dan made it quick and easy! While I was there Kareem the manager helped several other people who had an array of issues and what I witnessed was a complete patient gentleman dealing with older people!!! I will never deal with any other Verizon Store again!! They have me as a lifelong customer!! Thank you!!!”

“I feel compelled to add my 2 cents here. I cannot understand the poor reviews at this Verizon location. We happened to stop in coming all the way from Red Bank and found the service and professionalism to be outstanding. Ironically, we probably passed 5 or 6 other closer Verizon locations on the way there. We worked with Henry. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. The two of us were coming from two separate accounts with me changing carriers and both getting new phones. The service Henry provided was beyond compare. We were back again to ask some questions and once again he was just the best. We really enjoyed working with him. Also, kudos to Verizon for acknowledging the veterans in their employ. Well deserved recognition!”

“My wife's phone died and we went to Verizon in Sea Girt and Bobby waited on us and we have to thank him for his time and effort and explained our options . After 3 hours he had to pair our Apple Watches with the phones which was not easy as we did not have our passwords but it is fine now. What great service”

“On Saturday, August 12th I had to go into the Xfinity in Eatontown because my dad couldn’t to deactivate my mothers phone who just recently passed 2 weeks ago. It was a very hard thing to do. I didn’t want to do it but I had too. John the manager and Brendan greeted me and showed me so much kindness in a time of so much sadness. They made the process quick and not stressful. I appreciate this more than they know. We need more people like this in the world to be kind always. For you don’t know what challenges a person or persons is bearing at that point and time. So thank you John and thank you Brendan for making such a horrible experience bearable. I hope someone sees this and gives you both the recognition that you deserve.”
