Unable to sort out my problem online with faulty software. I was referred to Charlie Rodriguez. He was amazing took his time to assist and rectify my problem. He ought to be the CEO.
It would not have been solved otherwise. People like this reaffirm my faith in humanity. I would highly recommend this man and the bank he represents. Thanks

R (won’t give full name because that’s mean) the cashier was very very rude. Will avoid this branch moving forward. Nice interior though, very clean.

This bank replaced the one on rt 138 and is much worse even though it was just built. The staff is always friendly, but everything else about this bank is worse than the older location. No drive-thru is the biggest pain.

I had to go in to the branch to open a business bank account and it was seamless. John Davidson explained everything so well and had a lot of patience. He made this process so easy for myself and my business partners. Leading up to the meeting he was great at answering calls and emails. Always loved being a Chase customer and this experience solidifies that!
