Extraordinary service! Staff was friendly and the owner was absolutely amazing. Very fair and honest! I was looking to sell a ring and he flat out told me I would get more for it privately selling it, gave suggestions on where to sell, a price and even cleaned it for me! Not many family owned small businesses left and now I know why Bentleys is still around! I won’t go anywhere else in the future!

I have, as many of my family and friends, been a long time client of Bentley Diamonds. Yesterday and the last time I was there the same saleswoman was so incredibly rude to me that I was shocked. The first time it happened I chalked it up since for years I have had wonderful service. After yesterday’s experience I will never set foot in there again. Perhaps this woman generates a lot of revenue for the business, I can think of no other reason why this behavior is tolerated.

I had the pleasure of working with Rick on resetting heirloom diamonds I inherited from my grandmother. He listened to my style preferences and offered a plethora of design choices to create a statement ring that I could wear everyday as well as special occasions. Rick was patient and took his time to ensure all my expectations were met. When I received the phone call that my ring was waiting for pick up, I was truly excited. Seeing the final product overwhelmed me with joy knowing that I could now proudly display my grandmothers diamonds in a gorgeous custom ring! I love my new ring, wear it every chance I get and always, always, make sure that I give credit to how amazing Rick was to work with on this design project. Many, Many heartfelt thanks to Rick and Bentley Diamonds for being my go-to jeweler, for being professional, and always making the customer feel valued. I recently worked with Nancy and the staff at Bentley to purchase an engagement for my now fiancé. I first reached out over Instagram to get more information and if they had what I was looking for. Daria was quick to respond and set up an appointment for my fiancé and I to come in. During our inital visit we viewed, shapes of diamonds we were interested in, educated fully on the specs of the diamonds and discussed what to look for to get the perfect diamond.I came back a few weeks later and purchased a stunning Pear Diamond with an alternating round and marquise setting. The ring was completed in less than 4 weeks and was everything I imagined and more. The attention to detail and willingness to create exactly with the customer wishes is unmatched.It was an absolute pleasure working with Nancy and the staff at Bentley. We will be back to look at wedding bands in the new future :)

As a man shopping for the perfect engagement ring isn’t an easy task, i went to two other jewelry stores before being lucky enough to have walked into Bentley diamond. Five minutes into being in their store and meeting Rick i knew i was In good hands. Rick at Bentley Diamond is truly amazing. I went in to get my engagement ring resized and I was blown away with how thorough he was when fitting to make sure I had the best size for my ring. Rick also took his time explaining how to clean and take care of my ring in such great detail. Matter of fact the whole team at Bentley Diamond were awesome, I could never imagine going anywhere else!!
