I took a chance and called Upholden late Thursday evening before the July 4th weekend and explained our situation to Mike. Amazingly, Mike told us to bring our RV in the next morning. “Needed a PPI(pre purchase inspection) for a used car located in Wall. Ed and crew were punctual and accomodating in terms of getting me in and out since it was a dealers item. They pointed out the usual, brake life, tires, body damage, under carriage issues, rust, leaks, etc. Extremely thorough. Even discussed engine type compared to other models that were similar and what they felt was a fair price for the vehicle based on their knowledge and vehicle condition. I was so impressed I'm considering using them for normal service on my cars even though I'm 10 miles away. They're that good!Didn't buy the car because of the intel / information they gave me as I couldn't reach an agreement with the dealer. B & F made me an educated consumer!PS. Their pricing is extremely fair. I called other shops in the area but went with B & F because they were friendly, professional, punctual and great pricing. Would give 10 stars if I could.”

“I would like to give 10 stars if I could. Matt's shop truly saved my family from being stranded in NJ on Monday night with my family of 5 and mom. We called at 5pm stating what was wrong with my car after finding out there was no oil in it. They stated they would look at it but not guarantee. When we got there they quickly put it in the garage and started working on it. They stayed after closing just to fix it. They are great people got us home and van is running great now.
