Bought bouquet of roses on Valentines Day. Immediately trimmed stems and put them in water. They smelled bad after I had opened the plastic wrap and a few pedals fell off. Next morning they all drooped and were ready for the garbage.

What is the intellectual problem with 99% of the staff in this store? Had to return some items from an online order and the clerk was all befuddled about the return process. Treated me like I had committed a crime by returning online purchases simply because she had no clue how to do it.
