Whenever I see that I am photographing a wedding at Macaluso's I make sure to not eat any breakfast or snacks so I can fully enjoy their food!As a wedding photographer it is super important for me to work at a venue that has scenic areas for great photos of my couples and Macaluso's does not disappoint in that category at all (see attached photos). The seasons is one of the top venues in New Jersey and an absolute treat to photograph a wedding at!As a wedding photographer it is super important to work at a venue that has scenic opportunities so that may couples don't have to find an outside park somewhere to do their photos. “My spouse and I looked at around 11 other venues, and none come close to what you get at The Estate at Florentine Gardens. First off, the whole venue is GORGEOUS, with a beautiful, freshly made ceremony room, cozy but classy cocktail room, and a spectacular elegant ballroom for your reception. Even the hallways, groomsmen suite, and the bridal suites are amazing - they're big, stunning and are perfect for getting ready. If you're considering a winter or summer wedding, this venue is perfect. Even you're in the summer and it gets rained out, you'll still have a picture-perfect ceremony room, so really there is no need to worry. We did our wedding just a week ago and it was amazing!Not only does this venue wow your guests in terms of how it looks, but the staff are INCREDIBLE. We worked with Samantha (our event consultant), Jeffery (our maître d'), Monica (our bridal attendant), Max (helped with the groomsmen) Sal (entertainment services), DJ Tony Gia, and Shar (videographer). From day 1, Samantha was always enthusiastic and patient about our many many many questions that we asked throughout the whole entire year before our wedding. She was a joy to work with! Everything was done professionally and the answers provided truly reflects how much this venue knows and understands how to run a good wedding. Monica, Jeffery, and Max were with us the day of the wedding and they truly ran the show behind the scenes. They were there to answer any questions, take all the stress off of us and our families, and made sure everything was on time and done well. There was really nothing we needed to worry about because Jeffery, Monica, and Max were well coordinated and knew exactly what to do, even with our outside vendors (photographer and florist).One of the best things about The Estate at Florentine Gardens is that they also have amazing entertainment services. If you end up booking this venue, we highly recommend using Sal Travis and his team. Sal was always ready to provide us good song selections and help us craft our package for what we would like to have (lighting, videography, DJ, sparkler towers photo booth, ceremony music, and so much more). DJ Tony Gia was the best - he kept our dance floor up and dancing the whole night and was an amazing MC. Sal's team of videographers were also outstanding and blew our guests away. They were able to catch everything live and even produce an amazing wrap-up video to display at the end of the night.Our friends and families members who have been to so many weddings before said that our wedding was the best wedding that they have ever been to, and we know that it's because The Estate at Florentine Gardens is 1. beautiful, 2. provides the highest quality of service, and 3. is truly working to ensure your day goes smoothly, and 4. the food is so DELICIOUS!! “My husband and I are from the Ringwood area. We have since moved. We love this gem of a “castle” because it’s very cozy, clean, and so charming. We love the castle decor and most importantly. We are close to our favorite areas for walking gardens, hiking, biking, boating. swimming, wineries, great restaurants in the nearby towns of West Milford, NJ and Warwick, NY, and so many other places like Greenwood LaKE, NY. Minutes from Manhattan.
I highly recommend the Ringwood Castle. It’s clean and quiet. Price is right too! You will love the serene area of local State Parks (NY and NJ) all with minutes. We love visiting here, especially in the Fall. See nearby reservoir for other activities. Pics below.”

My wife and I threw a baby shower the size of a wedding there (140-150 people), and the event space was perfect for it. The women who run the club are professional, responsive and helpful. Most foul smell ever.. also old out dated rooms and hotel management at front desk was the most unprofessional I have ever encountered in my life, when I tried to explain my concerns he laughed and said live with it you get eventually get used to it lol. Unfortunately I booked for an extended stay and was from out of state and was fooled by what I consider a lot of false reviews pumping up all the negative ones. Please don't fall into this rat trap like I did an prepay in advance.”

If you're local, it's just such a nice low sensory place (not too loud / packed) for kids to come, swing, play with toys, etc, and the staff are always great. It never feels overwhelming, but there are so many things to do!2) We had a birthday party for our kid here recently and it was AMAZING. Like, I truly cannot emphasize just how on top of it Kim (the owner) and her assistant were. In terms of transitioning to different times of the party, setting up food, handling setup and break down, etc. We are already talking about just doing the next birthday here again because it was so easy and frictionless!”
