My prescription medicare D insurance this year is with Rite Aid Waldwick. A genuine pleasure to speak to intelligent people, to be met with respect, the store is so clean, ane they provide a personal touch. I'm so happy for this change. CVS Aetna has too much of the market and they are understaffed and overworked. Always frustrating. I'm afraid these smaller chains and private pharmacies like Franklin cannot fairly compete with the big guys. I'm happy to support the smaller guys! Thanks Rite Aid staff!

They shelf your medication earlier than they are supposed to and trying to communicate with the pharmacy tech was like talking to a wall. Terrible service.

I came in 5min after an urgent care appt and Pharmacist w long hair was efficient and kind. I appreciated his help explaining dosage. It’s good to meet health care professionals that care deeply about helping.

Ordered online and could not get product. It was on the shelf and the manager said the computer system was down and he could not do anything. I showed them the order in print and on my phone. Would not change his mind. When home disputed the charge and then cancelled the order. Never use them again.

Absolutely the best pharmacist EVER, Zoltan is extremely knowledgeable about everything!! I trust him with everything!! I have moved away and still call him when I want an opinion about medication etc.He is the best!!

The worst pharmacy. I called twice during the week to find out the status of my prescription which I know has to be ordered. I was told twice that my prescription would be ordered etc and to just call back for follow up. Called today and now I’m told my prescription doesn’t exist. I understand things happen but 2 different phone calls on 2 different days and now this. It’s not big deal to get the provider to reorder it. To wait another week for the prescription to be sent and ordered.

Some guy followed me and my freind around the whole store and before we left he stoped us and accused us for stealing but we didint even do anything wrong.

There was this one guy at rite aid following me and my friend around and my other friends said he followed them and he follows you around the store and he follows you like he thinks your stealing and he only does it to kids. He works every Monday. He also followed one of my friends home. I think he might be the manager but i don't know. But when me and my friend were there he followed us and we tried getting away from him but he just kept following us but then we go to creeped out by him so we left and before we left me stopped us and started asking a whole bunch of questions

ONCE and ONLY bad experience was encountering an employee named Silvia, an older lady with black hair and glasses. She was difficult, and rude and said “omg” to show annoyance with me, meanwhile taking a returning customer she knows with drastically a nicer attitude. I understand everyone has a different connection with each other, but she lacks basic professional etiquette which is huge different from other employees here..
