Jim repaired my wedding band this month. I was thinking I should redo the whole ring. Jim assured me he would restore it to its original state. He delivered! And for a very fair price. Highly recommend Plaza Jewlerers.

We have been going to Plaza Jewelers for nearly two decades for gifts, repairs and advice. Jim and the team are incredibly trustworthy, friendly and have truly mastered their craft. We are lucky to have them in the community and highly recommend them. We shopped there 15 years ago for our daughter's nomination bracelet and are back to look at engagement rings.

Plaza jewelers has been in business for as long as I can remember and it's easy to see why. From the moment you step into their elegant store, you are greeted warmly like family. The personal assistance I received is the kind of customer service that is so rare nowadays. It may seem trite for me to write this, but customers here are treated like family. This is why my grandparents insisted on them as their jeweler. I needed an antique family heirloom repaired and although I live over 20 miles away- it was the only place I trusted with this irreplaceable piece. I was going overseas and although I was leaving in less than a week, they were able to make the repairs so I could bring it with me. I am so grateful to them and impressed by their professionalism and kindness. I couldn't help but notice those beautiful array of Jewely and look forward to returning to shop !

I had a first time experience with Jim and the store yesterday. Amazing place! He had a jeweler on site who did a rapid repair of one piece, and Jim solved my problem with two other pieces on the spot! He's knowledgeable, friendly and makes you feel right at home. I left three other items with him two of which require custom work and I am 150% sure it will be perfect! See you soon!
