Hours: KidStrong is a science-based kids training program designed to help parents raise strong, confident, high-character kids through weekly 45-minute classes led by certified, kid-focused coaches. We are more than a kid’s gym or fitness class; our rotating, structured programming helps more 50K+ kids a week become the best version of themselves by pushing their limits and giving them a safe place to learn and grow. Our in-house team of experts creates a unique and challenging curriculum based on scientific principles of child development, kinesiology and neuroscience.
