if i could give negative 10 stars i would. this place is horrific they have been holding my grandmas car hostage for over 4 months she was in a minor fender bender and they make excuses every week of why its not finished. disgusting service i would sue them if i had time. don’t go they will take their time to get money from insurance company. thiefs.

Had to come here because my car was towed here from a car accident. Staff is very slow, and rude. I asked a question about the claims process and they'll just stare like I'm an idiot for not knowing an answer to it. I needed help retrieving my license plate, and waited 30 minutes. No one came, so I left.

Repair took 8 weeks - the last 3 weeks I got 6 emails that my car would be ready the next day. Since the car was not able to be driven I had no access to the car. They refused access to the car to look for my sons passport. They treated me completely disrespectfully and made me file a police report and an insurance report to tell me the passport was not in my car. Today after spending an extra $120 to expedite 2 passports I picked the car up and the passport was exactly where I said it was….I have never been treated so rudely.Service: Body & Trim

The people here were incredibly kind. I got a screw stuck in my tire and was with a 2 year old in 95 degree weather. Every place i called to patch my tire not only wanted to charge me a small fortune, but also was not available for hours to fix it even with a child. J&J dies not fix tires however they did it anyway. Had me come right away because i was with a 2 year old, played with her, fixed my tire, and only charged me 10$! Also absolutely refused to accept a tip from me. They were generous, and definitely restored my faith in humans.Service: Tires

J&J has handled all of our collision repairs. They are very professional and keep you posted with their time line. Liane, the receptionist is very pleasant and helpful. Keith does excellent work and our cars are always returned in perfect condition. Highly recommend!!Service: Body & Trim

First off the person I spoke to was upset that the insurance company would schedule me without checking his schedule. I was there for water intrusion and nothing was done close to what needed to be done. Person who helped me was very untruthful. I worked for a vehicle manufacturer for 20 plus years and finally started a new career. I have dealt with many of these water intrusion vehicles an i know what needs to be done to correct this issue. When a vehicles carpet gets wet, over time mold begins to grow and need to be removed. They did not do this. They claimed the carpet was shampooed and was assured no mold was present. Once I received the vehicle back the carpet was still damp and the vehicle still had a stench of mold. I brought the vehicle home and pulled up the carpet where I could access and found mold. When I would perform this repair I always removed the carpet in order to clean and dry it properly. Also the sound deadening and seam sealer material must be removed because the mold seeps into these materials as well. The final bill I received mentioned nothing about the center console being removed so the carpet can be taken out. So I am assuming it was not. Receptionist was very friendly, the only good point about this establishment
