First time I used this florist and I worked with Janine and she was very understanding and compassionate. I needed several specific pieces for my Moms wake and funeral. She made the most beautiful arrangements I was brought to tears when I saw them. They were beyond what I head even hoped they be. In fact I took one home and it’s on day 5 and it looks as amazing as it did on day 1. I highly recommend this florist and Janine incredible.

I went in to order flowers for my sisters wake and funeral. I was not emotionally prepared for the task but from the moment I stepped inside I was met with the highest level of professionalism as well as empathy and sympathy for my situation. With very few instructions and a few pictures I trusted them to make something beautiful and they delivered. What they made was as if my sister herself made the arrangements. Quite frankly it was perfect. Flowers by Joan has my business and my respect for a lifetime. I cannot thank them enough.

Flowers by Joan not only creates some of the most beautiful flower arrangements, their team goes above and beyond to deliver an exceptional client experience. I have never actually stepped foot in their store yet have consistently ordered flowers from Flowers by Joan multiple times a year for the past four years, the arrangements they produce are that good!

I hired Flowers by Joan for our wedding on New Years Day, and we were left completely speechless by how stunning and gorgeous the flowers turned out. It was greater than I truly could have ever imagined. Jeannine was so kind and understanding to work with, and we simply couldn’t have been more grateful!!! I have regularly purchased indoor plants and flower bouquets from here- let me tell you, the bouquets are gorgeous and the customer service is excellent. I had an issue with a white peace lily I purchased, and the shop offered me a free replacement- they actually ended up giving me a larger plant. Excellent service!

Flowers by Joan was the florist we used for our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier. The boutineers and wristlets were gorgeous, but my bouquet took my breath away. Jeannine listens to everything you want, gets a feel for who you are, and creates the most beautiful bouquet that feels so one of a kind. They also made a stunning greenery garland (with our flowers included as well) for the sweetheart table and it was breathtaking. Jeannine herself even came on my wedding day to set up the garland! Cannot recommend Jeannine and her team enough!
