So sorry to write this but it is not acceptable that they didnt let me in with my half inch block heels. They disnt offer booties just ask for taking of shoes and going in bare foot. this is not acceptable a big NO for this place from now on

My kid has attended some birthday parties and field trips to Bounce Safari. He's always had a good time. Staff seemed attentive from what I've seen when attending a birthday party. Fun place!

We'd been to Bounce Safari for birthday parties before, and my son absolutely insisted on having his 5th birthday party there. Everyone (parents included) had a great time! Booking was extremely easy - I made the initial reservation online, and about a week out from the party, one of their employees called to confirm details. The party itself was well-organized, VERY clean (even though we saw another party vacate the rooms right before us), everything from cake to food to favors were included, and the fees were reasonable. Highly recommended!!

Very nice place. Very clean. We celebrated my sons 5th birthday here. The kiddos had a blast. The party hosts were very attentive and sweet. My only recommendation would be to count the amount of children along with the party host to ensure you do not mistakenly get charged for any additional children.

My daughter had her 7th birthday party here. She and her friends had a fabulous time bouncing on all the different bounce structures, climbing, and powering through the obstacle course area. The kids were running around like crazy and burning tons of energy, which is always a plus for us parents. The pizza and cake (ice cream cake from Dairy Queen) were delicious and the kids had plenty of food and drink. The two girls who were in charge of my daughter's party were beyond kind, patient, and extremely helpful. They really helped keep the kids behaved and on task. They also made my daughter feel really special and that was so lovely to see. They get 10 stars!I guess the only complaint I would have is that the party does move pretty quickly. You are ushered into one room, the kids run around for about 30 minutes, then you are ushered into the second room (for about another 30 minutes) as another party comes in to the first room. I get that it's a party factory, and they have it down to a science, but for the price we paid I feel like the kids could have used a little more time in the play areas and less time in the eating area. You get 45 minutes to eat pizza and have cake, but it would have been fine with 30 minutes and then give the kids more time to play. Overall, the kids had a great time and it was our first time hosting a birthday party outside of the house so it was nice that Bounce Safari took care of everything. They called about a week before the party to make sure we had enough pizza and what we wanted to do about the cake. I felt like the price was a little high, but it was also worth it to not have to worry about a thing. Thanks again Bounce Safari for a fun time!

Kids will have fun but I had to take a few stars off because no one is allowed to take water bottles in to the play rooms. Kids were all sweating and constantly asking for water because they were running around. Then we head in to the final party room with one gallon cold poland spring water bottles laid out. All the parents served it to the kids. When the parents finally got to drink it, it wasn’t poland spring water!!! It tasted worse than my sink tap water! All the moms started talking about it because it tasted that bad. That’s just wrong…very unethical of the business. Just serve it in a pitcher if you can’t afford to provide spring water.

The place is disorganized, rushed and most of the staff is either rude or disinterested. I don't really think they understand that this is the one of the highlights of a child's year when they are working their birthday party. They jam parties one after the other and literally grab the food out from in front of the kids while they're still eating. I had my sons birthday party there and while he and his friends had a great time playing, I would never ever recommended this place to anyone. For almost $800 for an hour and a half, I am beyond disgusted with the service and the attitude of this establishment. The owner and staff should be ashamed of themselves. Save your money and go to Bounce U. It's cheaper and it's honestly so much more fun than this dismal place where the staff are beyond overworked and miserable. Don't say I didn't warn you!!

Great experience! We just had our daughter's birthday there and we have also been there for several parties. My kids love it! The owner is friendly and very accomodating. Tip was a suggestion to give not mandatory. Staff was great the entire time! Can't wait to go back again!!!

I highly recommend Bounce Safari. My kids had such a great time at a recent birthday party. Additionally, their customer service is amazing. Warren, the owner, is one of the nicest people and made for such a positive experience. I will be back at Bounce Safari!

I had my daughters 4th bday here along with her 16friends and we couldn’t be happier! I loved that it’s completely private and only our party inside. The ladies were all such great help and guided us through the whole process and everything went super smooth. The adults also had just as much fun as the kids did, maybe even more!

Have been here 2x for kids birthday parties. Perfect to get the energy out. Two large play rooms with slides, bounces houses and toys. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I give this place one star because I can't score lower than that. This place was so horrible. The manager was very unprofessional and rude. The staff was condescending and rushing my party guests. I will not recommend this place even if it were free. The place smelled of mold and was not clean. The staff is not accommodating nor friendly. It's clear that this is just a business to them and not about making sure that the kids have a good time as it should be. I paid to have face painting for the children. The face painter arrived 30 minutes before the party was over and just stood at the station. She did not engage with the children or encourage them to get their face painted... so that was a waste of money. The experience was very distasting and I just wanted this day to be over. Very unfortunate that a children's bounce house can be so unprofessional, dirty and rude.
