Not the biggest selection for soft drink mixers but definitely well stocked with alcohol

The staff spent a long time helping me look for a specific drink they'd had another time, even though it wasn't in stock.

This location refuses to serve and hire minorities. Minorities work in the back never hired as cashier's. The entire staff included management are racist. Staff members argue with paying customers. I witnessed a elderly woman crying as she was excited the store. This is unexpectable. Customers and former employeescomplained .Don't shop where you will be mistreated.

Prices and selection are great, but the male cashier with grey hair is always *incredibly* rude. I just go to other stores unless I know he's not in.

I used to love coming to this store when I lived locally, it was the best and the customer service was always amazing. However, I recently was around the area again and decided to try their curbside pick up….never again. I was ripped off and I tried calling multiple times and was put on hold then hung up on and tried to email and was never answered. I trusted this store so I didn’t even think to double check the box put in my car, but I guess I should have. I paid for $80 worth of alcohol and got $60 worth. I know curbside is newer and can probably be annoying for stores, but if you advertise it, at least have staff for it and actually fill the orders correctly. Im sure this store is still amazing in person, but I would just avoid curbside/pick-up or double check your order before they put it in your car.

I've been a customer of Wine Warehouse in Voorhees for over 10 years, however, I will never buy from them again. On a recent visit, I bought 5 bottles of wine, 3 of which were eligible for the 10% discount on the coupon I gave the cashier. When I got home, I checked the receipt and discovered I had not received the discount. I went back to the store a few days later and requested a credit for the discounted amount. The manager refused, even though he admitted it was their mistake. He said the sale was completed, and I could get the discount on a future purchase if it was eligible and had another coupon. I was shocked, if refunding a few dollars discount is more important than losing a customer, then they have lost me, and I will suggest to all my friends that they also go elsewhere for their wine/liquor.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I was just in this store with my mother buying two bottles of wine as a gift. I am 21, but my mom was buying the alcohol. There is NOTHING under New Jersey law that states that you must be 21 or over to be IN a liquor store or to hold a bottle of alcohol. An easy google search would tell you that. I was told by the male cashier with grey hair and glasses that I must present my ID. He actually sold me my first bottle of liquor on my 21st in July, and another after that as well without carding me. He said it in such a condescending manner that I thought it was a joke. I did not have my ID on me as I was running out quickly with my mom after a shower and figured since she was buying it would be fine. He insisted that since I was carrying the wine I must present my ID. Again, nothing in NJ law requires that. He continued to berate me, also peppering in "you look young, hun," and things to that affect. It was by far the rudest experience I've had with a cashier. he ended up selling us the wine, as my mom and I remained steadfast that I am, in fact, 21. The transaction took all of two minutes and the entire time I was being lectured by someone I don't even know in a very patronizing manner. I will never be shopping here again. The degrading manner with which he spoke was actually so shocking. Maybe he's better fit for stocking shelves or being in the back because he has zero customer service skills. Don't punish customers because of your own misery.

Pretty obnoxious how they handle Sunday evenings. I showed up about 20 minutes before closing (they close early on Sundays claiming theres a law about serving liquor past 7pm on Sunday’s but there is no such law) and they were standing there guarding the entrance. They said if i didn't know exactly where the product i wanted to buy was located, they wouldn't let me in the store. Used the fake law as their reasoning. I knew exactly what I needed, they couldve shown me to the aisle and I wouldve been in and out in 2 minutes. If you guys want to close early on Sundays just say that. This is a weird way to handle business.
