I just come this morning to clean my car I bought Platinum VIP...this first time I go to promenade car wash....very good job my car very clean out side in side ...they are work hard ...thank you and I will be back

Place used to be a great value and give a great wash. Not anymore. My one pet peeve whenever I go thru any type of wait-for-your car carwash is what kind of job do they do on the interior windows, primarily the front inside windshield. This place consistently fails. I have to always redo it myself once I get home, and for what they charge, that's unacceptable.

I have been a customer of this business for many years. During a recent visit damage was done to my vehicle, that I was advised would be covered by the business. I obtained the requested estimates for the repair. It has been a month and a half and have not been contacted by anyone. I have also returned three times and spoke to a manager. Still no response.

Did a pretty good job on the exterior of my car, but for some reason there was a bit of bird poop remnant left on my rear window but it came off right away when it rained later that day and there was a mark on one of my doors. Be aware that the prices and services online are not up-to-date. See updated prices and services in the photos on location. They no longer offer the exterior only platinum express washes. For exterior only they only offer bronze. They did give me the platinum plus express since it was listed online although I understand now for the future that they no longer offer it, which was nice of them. Free coffee was a plus. They get quite a line on ladies’ day Thursdays but didn’t have to wait more than 10-15 minutes to get in.

Have used this car wash once a week for several years. On my most recent visit, An item was “removed” from my car and not put back. Rather than outright accuse anyone of stealing, I choose to think it was removed and “forgotten” to be put back. (Keep in mind this item did not have any reason to be removed to properly clean the car - rather someone CHOSE to purposely “remove it”. When I contacted the car wash within 5 minutes of leaving i was told “they were too busy to look for it and that I am free to come back and search myself and question the employees if I choose” When I said I felt it was their responsibility to question their own employees and to look for it and when /if they found it I would gladly come back to retrieve it. I was then told “I will tell the manager but not sure how long it will take him to get back to you”. It’s been 4 days without any response. So if you value honestly, integrity and not want to worry about your items going “missing” without management having any consideration for their customers, I would find another car wash. Side note for those wondering why I would leave an item in the car - the item it question was nothing of major value so I thought nothing of it to leave In The car. It was also “affixed” to part of the interior much like an ez-pass would be (which I’m sure nobody removes when at a car wash).

I cannot compliment Mike enough to express my thoughts on the job he did on my Ford Edge. It was a mess he was walking into and the transformation in the end was amazing! I will be back again and only requesting Mike,, thank you again Mike for doing a superior job!

Been going there for almost 10 years, don't know if it's owned by new management or what but the past few times I've went my car was left with stains on the passenger seat, entire passenger exterior wasn't cleaned nor received tire shine. When I called the lady was very rude put me on hold for 15 mins then when I called back she asked for my name and number after I put in the complaint and then hung up on me. I will not be returning there anymore.

I am from PA. but just recently moved to Jersey. I took my car to promenade for the Gold service car wash! I paid 24.99 for the wash and figured I would get a good cleaning. I even left a 10 dollar tip, my bad!!!! The trunk was supposed to be vacuumed, there are leaves still on the inside and not just a few, many... it wasn't touched! The windows have streaks... it looked like someone just did circular motions, missed areas all over the inside. Very poor service and would not recommend taking your car to this place!!!
