I WALKED INTO THE STORE INTRODUCED MYSELF THERE WERE TWO LADY THAT I KNEW WERE LACROSSE PLAYERS AND KNEW FROM THERE BODY LANGUAGE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THE ONE GIRL TOOK STICK AND SAID RIGHT AWAY THIS COULD BE A QUICK FIX. BEING A LACROSSE DAD FOR BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS I KING OF KNOW WHATS LEGAL AND AND WHATS NOT. MY DAUGHTER AND I HAD A DISAGREEMENT WHICH I FOUND OUT SHE WAS RIGHT. I HAD MY DAUGHTER ON THE PHONE AND SHE EXPLAINED WHAT SHE DID AND DID NOT WANT TO PUT A NEW MESH IN BECAUSE SHE IS IN TOURNAMENT PLAY AND WOULD TAKE TIME TO BREAK IN. THEY FIXED HER LACROSSE HEAD MADE SURE IT WAS LEGAL AND USED IT IN STORE TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS GOOD TO THROW. WHEN SHE WAS FINISHED I OFFERED TO PAY AND SHE SAID SIR ITS OK. ITS NOT ABOUT PAYING BECAUSE i KNOW I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE THE STORE AND PEOPLE ARE AMAZING. I RECOMMEND NOT GOING ANY WHERE ELSE FOR YOUR DAUGHTERS LACROSSE NEEDS SIMPLY THE BEST.”

“Excellent store for outdoor gear, of course! Alan was incredibly helpful in assisting my purchase of a Patagonia torrentshell rain jacket. I was wondering if it could also be used as a ski shell and he said he used it for that himself! Excellent customer service, and very clean store. My only note is that the associates don't let you shop in peace here - I was asked if I needed help at least 8 times, and multiple times by the same associates. Personally, that's too involved for me. If I didn't really need to make a purchase for an upcoming trip, I would have been overwhelmed and left. I'd ask for this REI to cool down on their associate involvement - ask me maybe 3 times and then let me come to you. Regardless, still very grateful for Alan's help!”
“Went in to get a pair of UGGs for my daughter today which were sold out everywhere so I didn’t expect them to have the shoe in stock and have to wait 3-5 for a shipment to come in. But low and behold the very nice lady (Guinnetta) caught me at the door help me from start to finish she was terriffic, I was in and out 5 mins flat ”

“Was unable to get a kelly green Kelce jersey anywhere. My co-worker told me about Fan Treasures. Called and they had one left in his size. I asked if they would hold it with not much hope and they did! I rushed immediately after work to pick it up and wound up buying a few more items. The store is huge with a great selection including home and garden items to decorate and represent our favorite Philly teams.”

“Our younger son wants to start collecting baseball cards, so we stopped at Evan's on Black Friday. Our oldest bought his brother a complete set of Topps baseball cards and a Pokemon starter set for his younger sister. "Mom and Dad" purchased a binder for the cards to go in along with a box of sheets to hold the cards in the binder. Evan and staff were courteous, patient (especially on one of the busiest days of the year), and helpful with answers to our questions. We plan on coming back!”
