I have used American Freight a few times in the past and always get good service. The sales staff are friendly, patient and helpful and the prices are very good. My last purchase was a scratch & dent refrigerator. Delivery and install was really fast but sadly the ice machine was not working so I spoke with Nettie (operations manager) at the store who went above & beyond to set up an exchange. It's rare to get this level of personal attention & service these days. She personally followed up with me at every stage to make sure I was happy. I can't thank her enough. Incredible service! FIVE STARS *****

Best customer service!!!! Nettie was amazing, patient, knowledgeable and kind. She walked me through the process step by step and took her customer service a step further by giving me her personal cell to reach if I had any questions!

Lots of options ranging from like new to scuffed, great prices. Alex was so kind and helpful, answering any questions we had. Also the guy who helped load it into our box truck was great.

I was impressed with their professionalism and consideration at every step of the transaction. Nettie's thoughtful and thorough pre delivery communication led me to visiting the location to find a better item to meetup my needs. All personnel were friendly and helpful, and your manager made purchasing there a pleasure. I look forward to receiving our refrigerator!

Netti went the extra mile to explain and help me. She was personable and kind. She moved refrigerators to help me see them in a better light. Genuinely appreciated her help after hours on a holiday to make sure it was going to fit in the alcove. Also loved that it was delivered next day and the old one removed for a very small fee. Will always shop at American Freight first!
