Royal Motors is an experience that everyone should have. I went through Sam's TrueCar application, knew what I was looking for, and they recommended the car that I eventually purchased at RM. Car was just as described and is in beautiful condition at a fair price. Service was great in terms of communications via phone, email and text. Now that I know about Royal Motors, I will be checking whenever in the market for a new used car!

A great experience. Researched and searched for over a year for a car for our daughter. The market is terrible right now for cars. Used cars in particular very difficult to find good ones at an affordable cost. This is definitely not your typical used car dealership. Make yourself an appointment and go and see for yourself. We walked away very happy customers. I’m so glad that CarGurus directed us to them.

Wow! First Let me just say the customer service and communication is top tier! I just purchased a car from Royal Motors and the experience from start to finish was flawless. Curtis was very personable, HONEST and knowledgeable about the car buying process. This was my second time buying a car and I can’t believe how painless this experience was. Secondly, Harold was really kind and made good conversation during the paperwork/financing process which made me feel really comfortable. I was having a hard time getting insurance and Harold even provided insurance recommendations. If you want to purchase a car without feeling, harassed, and blind-sided then Royal Motors is your place! Everyone is really kind, patient and most importantly care about their customers! I couldn’t thank Curtis and Harold enough for helping me today! Oh and the car was a 10/10. Whoever detailed the car did an amazing job!

We recently purchased 2 cars from Royal Motors. Each time we had a wonderful experience! Signing paper work to finalize deal was extremely fast and easy which we've never experienced when buying a car. We're usually there for several hours. Kurt was exceptionally professional and helpful! Highly recommend!
