These are the best phlebotomist!!! Quick, painless, kind - an overall amazing experience. I've gone here 3 times with 3 different people, and each experience has been wonderful. Being someone who had a lifelong fear of bloodtests, I never thought I'd describe them in this way...but each time I leave this office I feel so happy because they have such a soft touch that my fears have now completely disappeared!

Today was my second visit to this Quest and I was lucky to have Pauline again. Last time I came was for a pre employment drug screening and she was great. This time was for routine blood work. I have a VERY difficult time giving blood because my veins. I was even denied at the blood bank and from donating plasma because my veins are impossible. Pauline did it in one shot within no pain. I'm am so amazed and grateful! I will NEVER let anyone else touch me again. I LOVE HER.

Check in process was smooth and easy. My appointment was on time. Staff was friendly and nice. Great experience.

If I could give this place a minus star I would. The level of incompetence is ridiculous. I was there 2 HOURS. My hospital kept faxing my script and they "claimed" they weren't getting it. Then someone came out to tell me the person (whoever that was) went home. WHO went home? Wild horses couldn't drag me to this place again! One lady was there for 4 hour testing. They gave her what she had to drink and after giving blood 2x at least, they told her they didn't do the test there and she had to go somewhere else! I felt even worse for her.

A most excellent experience. The phlebotomist I had was the best, kindest, most professional person I have ever encountered at Quest. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she was the staff person who helped me at 7:10 am Aug 24, 2023.Thank you for not importing the terrible staff from the now dead Eagle Plaza location to this location. One person there was downright abusive, which seems paradoxical that Quest has a sign in this location admonishing people to treat each other well.

Shaw-Dae is amazing!! I was so nervous when I found out that I had to do a 3 hr glucose test due to my fear of needles, but was so happy when I saw Shaw-Dae. Shaw-Dae has done my lab work several times in the past and was great every time. I had to get my blood drawn four times today for my test and she did an excellent job every time. She is so friendly and professional!

My doctor faxed over my blood work script. When I showed up for my 12:10pm appointment and sat down in the chair, the phlebotomist told me they didn’t receive the fax and immediately directed me back into the waiting room and told me to sign back in because she had other patients she needed to work on. So, basically my appointment was void and I had to sign in again but now as a walk-in appointment. I was treated like a number. She didn’t even confirm what fax number I gave my doctor. She didn’t wait for me to call my doctor to confirm that they had successfully sent it over, yet. She didn’t give me 5 minutes of her time to do anything. As she grabbed another patient, I walked back in the hallway to confirm the fax number and another phlebotomist gave me the fax number (which I had given to my doctor’s office correctly), but then told me it takes TWO DAYS for them to receive faxes. WHAT?! This is unheard of and insane! Before I was called back, I overheard one of the women talking really loud about not being able to go on break. I thought they were fighting back there. This is my second REALLY bad experience with Quest (two separate locations) where I was treated as a number and as an inconvenience. My last experience at the Cherry Hill location I was told I was requesting too many tests and would have to come back another day or pick out the most important tests. I was hoping for a better experience at the Voorhees location. I am chronically ill and do not need this added stress. I will go to my primary doctor and Cooper’s lab services and just pay out of pocket to avoid this unprofessional behavior.

My experience was excellent. The young lady who did my blood draw was Pauline. She was amazing. Very professional , very polite and had an amazing touch. I never felt the needle at all the, the blood draw was done before I knew she had even attempted it. She is a great asset to Quest!

I'm a 29 year old woman who still gets really anxious about needles and getting blood drawn. I've been to this location 3 or 4 times, and have had great experiences each time. All 3 staff members that have helped me have been quite understanding and kind. I really appreciate them and will continue to use this location!

Not too many people, including me, are fond of scheduling or getting blood drawn (I’m a fainter), but I have to say that this was the best experience I’ve ever had in my many (senior) years. It was easy to book my appointment, Quest confirmed it right away, sent me a reminder, and a text link to click when I arrived to check-in. I was taken before I even sat down. Mike was my tech, and he was professional, kind, explained everything, and I didn’t faint! Barely felt the needle, and I have no bruising. The place is clean and comfortable. 100 % recommend. And, I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Donna was the person helping me today. All I can say is that she was wonderful. She answered questions about the test I was having done and had bright energy throughout my time there. Super kind, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Best Care we've ever received at quest Voorhees outstanding technician Mike would recommend anyone to go to Quest in Voorhees as long as Mike is still there he was so professional

Horrible customer service!!!My 72 year old dad is there since 1030 with appointment and they refuse to see him while allowing others to go in front of him for routine labwork!!!!!!

The staff is extremely unprofessional, rude, unorganized. I saw one technician picking her nose and nose wearing gloves while working on a patient. AVOID AVOID at all costs!
