Shame on Lowe's for selling outdoor Christmas lights that are not allowed to get wet (according to the manufacturer.) The picture on the box clearly shows it outdoors. The corporate customer service person disconnected me, and they ignored my letter to the corporate office.

At self checkout you should have someone that wipes down the unit after each customer. Kind of like your sign says.
