Do not go here. I’ve given this place numerous chances and they never fail to disappoint. I went there yesterday 7/18/24 and there was an Asian lady who was so rude to other customers and literally ripped a specimen drop off kit out of another lady’s hand. The lady who did my blood work was extremely nice but blew my vein. I don’t think I have had one good experience here.

I went here to get bloodwork, and the man who was doing my bloodwork clearly had no idea what he was doing. He was visibly confused and took an extremely long time to draw my blood, and there was no communication involved between patient. i just got my results for my bloodwork and he didn't even draw enough blood for my results to show. do not come here. i cannot believe they let someone as unqualified as him to work here IN A HEALTHCARE SETTING!

The team here is great. A huge line on a Saturday morning for walk-ins. They keep it MOVING. LabCorp needs to find this crew a larger space as it was standing room only for most of us in the waiting room.

The nurses were fantastic and the whole process was very quick the nurses were very personable they would chat with you while they were doing whatever in my case it was blood work I'm more than happy with this place and if I ever have to come back for test again this is where I'm coming

I was the second customer on Friday 4/19/2024. The shorter asian lady who drew my blood for my routine lab made me feel a bit rushed, and I did not realize until after when my arm was killing me that my vein was pretty much blown. My arm 6 days later is still now bruised and sore. I would not recommend that phlebotomist if choosing this location.

Only one person running the entire place. She was clearly insanely skilled at blood draw and crazy fast but only having one staff member is really messed up. If there was to be some kind of health event idk how it would be handled. That's on labcorp, not the staff.

I had a WONDERFUL experience just now. My doctor ordered 32ish blood tests (sorry, I wasn’t fully aware, when I stopped in). Queenie took care of me with a smile on her face the entire time with the upmost patience and care! I expressed concern for having so much blood drawn at once because I did pass out during a blood donation before (which of course is even more blood). Aisha the other lab tech offered me water and was also extremely caring. She also showed excellent teamwork and offered assisting Queenie with labeling my millions of blood tubes! Queenie brought me to a separate room to lay down for my blood draw and allowed me a couple of breaks (since my veins decided to stop giving blood). Like I said, I have never seen a lab tech so incredibly patient with me before. My experience ending in a hug from Queenie! Thank you so much Queenie and Aisha! I will definitely come back here as long as you both are here!!! ❤️

I brought my teenage son straight from a doctors appointment and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. The person who drew blood was kind, efficient, and gentle.

Went to 3 different labcorps for blood work for my baby. Ms. Terry was the only one capable. She was so smooth, quick and gentle with my child. Will only go to her from now on.

I highly recommend this location! I’ve been here twice in the path month and has Aisha both times. If you have anxiety about blood work, make sure to get her. She was so patient with me when collecting my 13 vials of blood!! She stayed with me after and made sure I was okay. Didn’t feel anything both times I went. She was literally the best! Will return if I need more blood work!

I've visited this lab several times in the last few years. Every time I have made an appointment first. The facility is extremely clean, the staff welcoming and professional. For me, it's a hidden gem and I'm always afraid they're going to close it as it seems off the beaten path. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends for any laboratory needs. I would suggest that somehow they make it more visible on the internet. It takes a little searching on the general Labcorp site to find this location.

Never open when they say they are. Hours on the door are different than the hours online and the hours on the phone. If you’re closed for any reason someone needs to update the phone and Google listing.Even when you get there on time they lock the door early - most unprofessional labs.

We arrived around 12:30pm on 11/30/22 and had our doctors office fax the tests needed to this location. After the fax arrived we checked in and "Aisha" took us back for blood work. She was so accommodating and nice & gentle & friendly! We can't say enough nice things about Aisha. This will be our only Labcorp location in the future. THANKS AISHA !!!

In and out and I thought I was getting a wellness check from a doctor. I actually called her doctor, that's how professional and good she was. She also got blood out of me which is very difficult to do. It sometimes takes two people to get blood out. She got it out on the first try. The only gripe I have is Labcorp as a whole: please update your instructions to include whatever is needed before we go in (i.e. printing out the documents and/or fasting for 24 hours).
