Yesterday I was at Kohls shopping. I've shopped there for years. I like the store the staff are friendly & the store is always clean. Charlotte was my cashier yesterday. She was friendly and genuinely kind. She commented on my purse which was a gift from my mother.

I stopped in to make an Amazon return, the return experience was "okay". Overall the store is tidy, no greeting from the associates on the floor but the associate at checkout (Julius) was excellent, 5 stars for him. He was friendly, personable, polite and patient He offered me savings with opening a Kohls charge. I may have if I had a large purchase. Great customer service!

Im so tired of getting harassed to sign up for a kohls card whenever i go there. I get you have to "make quota" but when i say no thank you literally 4 times and you continue to harass me about it AND GET AN ATTITUDE ABOUT IT it makes me not want to come back. I forgot her name but the older woman at the register gave me and my mom sure a huge attitude for saying no to the point i just wanted to leave.

I return items here through Amazon quite often. The employee Cheryl is not pleasant and answers very abruptly and is short with customers.

My experience here was horrific and very offensive! I had gone here on a day. off with my wife for her to get some new clothing and despite the very limited inventory she had found 2 or 3 things she might want to. get. we went to the. dressing room for her to try them on and I went with her because she wanted an opinion on how it looks on her. I had. been there. standing outside of the changing room she was in while she tried on the clothes. after about 15 minutes an employee came up. to me and told me that I could not be there because a customer complained, so I left. my wife had finished trying on the clothing and came out and said that she heard what happened from outside of her changing room area and told the woman that she was offensive and she will not be buying the clothing or coming back here!!!

Kohls coupons are not what they used to be. Be careful... everything is excluded nowadays.
