“I love how motivating the coaches are! They help get me through a tough workout, and help me if I am doing something incorrectly and don't miss anything. If I need help or a better understanding of something, they explain so thoroughly and give alternate options as well. I love coming to my workouts because of how fun the classes are and how upbeat and fun the music is that is playing, which creates for such a fun atmosphere! Having caring and understanding coaches who also push you hard to help you excel truly helps make the class even better!”

“Impact isn’t a typical gym where you train to just look and/or feel good, it’s a place where you’re “training for life”. Don’t get me wrong, looking and feeling healthy is important, but you’re getting SO much more than that at Impact. Here you’re getting a community, healthy competition, confidence, recovery tips, personalized workouts, nutrition planning, and so much more.“Training for life” at Impact means you’re improving yourself in all aspects, getting stronger physically and mentally to take on all the highs and lows that life throws at you.Long story short I came to Impact after multiple years of serious health issues, losing an unhealthy amount of weight and having major abdominal surgeries. Once my health issues improved, it was a goal of mine to regain muscle and become stronger again. I’m so glad I reached out of my comfort zone, taking the chance of joining the Impact family because I’ve gained so much more than just muscle!! I recommend this gym to everyone that is looking to overall better themselves.Training at Impact is the perfect combination of personal training and group classes. Team training on Saturdays are the BEST!! The people at Impact are great and the coaches are A+!! Coach Chris is so knowledgable and wants each one of us to “level up”. Coach Lisa is always going above and beyond to help you train smart and safely. Thank you both and Impact for helping me continuously learn and grow in my training journey!”

“Update: Also since I've been visiting the gym I have been a nuisance to the front desk, constantly asking for and borrowing equipment. I appreciate how friendly the lady and the gentleman are. They do their best to help me out and I couldn't be more grateful considering how often they have to deal with me.

After experiencing other gyms. I can honestly say. This was one of the least abusive I've dealt with. Whenever I'm in the area I sign up here. There's two months lead up for canceling subscription. So if you want to make sure it ends at the time you want it to end. Just make sure you plan for it.

In the building, I've only been in the areas with gym equipment. I have not seen the conditions of the locker rooms, pool, or the areas where they hold the martial arts training. So just speaking to that, it's pretty clean. Equipment is mostly always in the place it should be. Not too difficult to find things. And most people here will wipe down the benches on their own. Also, Adrian (I believe is the custodian) is the man! It's rare to see someone work so hard on their own. Truly motivating for me when I'm in the gym lifting and I see this guy working. A little uncomfortable cause it makes me confront my own short comings but it only helps me grow. He's mad friendly and it seriously lifts my day saying hi to this guy before I go back out into the world to take ish (google won't let me curse) on.

I tried LA Fitness in the area on RT73. It was seriously a huge let down. You would think the place would be adequate. But looks are deceiving. The facility is mostly nice. But the place is constantly a mess and literally people will leave their sweat slop all over the benches. Biggest issue was with their sales manager. The guy messed up bad and tried to make me feel guilty and ashamed so he wouldn't have to feel bad about the situation. Seriously emotionally manipulative. If you have to sign up there. Avoid Steve the sales manager at all cost. Otherwise save yourself the trouble and just come to Giant. Sort of though. Cause it gets crowded here. So i would like it to not be as crowded. But I would rather it be crowded here than people go somewhere else where they could possibly get mistreated.”
