So I attempted to order Mother's Day flowers from this vendor. During the payment part of the order, I received an error message in the top right corner of the page, "we cannot process your order at this time. Please try again later." So I did. After the same message appeared, I bagged it and moved on to another vendor. Later, I received a confirmation email from Green Leaf; however, I never actually concluded my order, either time, because I was alerted that there was an error. So the recipient received flowers from both vendors (the total cost of which was $198). When I alerted Green Leaf, I began a nearly three month saga only to be told that "management" reviewed my case and determined there was no error on their end, the flowers were delivered, and I would have to eat the cost. So either I am a completely incompetent, low stakes con man or this company has zero customer service integrity. Shop. Elsewhere.

I ordered a corsage. The employee misunderstood me on the phone because she put in an order for a bouquet. We didn't realize the misunderstanding until we picked it up. When I asked her about it, she was immediately defensive and said that I "never said the word 'corsage'." (I did.) She then said that I should have known better because of the price. This was my first time ordering a corsage, so I didn't know what price to expect.
I am not angry in any way about the misunderstanding. I'm angry about how she responded to it.

Above and beyond service. Green Lea delivered a floral arrangements to a different location than what was originally intended for. And the other location was 45 mins away! Really appreciate the above and beyond service! Great customer service!

My mom was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital over the weekend and I wanted to schedule a flower delivery to her room on a Sunday. Most area florists were closed and although the floral shop at Green Lea was closed as well, they went above and beyond to make the delivery possible for me. They quickly sent me texts of pre-arranged flowers and had them delivered within the hour to Virtua Voorhees, making both my day and my mom’s. The kindness and professionalism I experienced throughout this process was bar none! Thank you again for making this possible on such short notice!
