“I have used American Freight a few times in the past and always get good service. The sales staff are friendly, patient and helpful and the prices are very good. My last purchase was a scratch & dent refrigerator. Delivery and install was really fast but sadly the ice machine was not working so I spoke with Nettie (operations manager) at the store who went above & beyond to set up an exchange. It's rare to get this level of personal attention & service these days. She personally followed up with me at every stage to make sure I was happy. I can't thank her enough. Incredible service! “When I walk into the Starbucks at Target I'm usually drained and tired (the whole point of why I order caffeinated drinks), but as soon as I walk up to the counter with my drinks i'm just overwhelmed by how kind and caring the Starbucks workers are, I almost feel like I don't even need caffeine anymore because of how much better they make me feel. The staff at Sunday morning, and I believe Thursday nights are so kind its unreal. The workers that really stood out to me were Sam, Kaylie and Jessie. Also the cake pop is adorable”
