I wish I had negative stars to give you. printer system is pathetic, it does not proceed without selecting an amount and once you have selected you can not increase it you have to logout and all the saved data you worked is gone. waste system of printer and copier. please change.

Very nice and always efficient, The store is always clean and everything that I need is there the shipping is easy and the customer service is great with the new printers it’s very easy to print all my needs without even getting customers service helping me, I can actually email that directly to the printer pay on the printer with Apple Pay and just walk away with all my friend thing needs.Very recommend this location.

I think staff here is always working hard and courteous in acknowledging you when there is a line. I recently had to enlarge a photo to a 4ft by 5ft and unbelievably helpful in having someone call me with best suggestions on what to print on, how to hang, etc. They even asked me to stop in to see an example and were truly invested in reprinting the best product. Truly appreciated the effort and professionalism.

I was here last Saturday and the guy I got was very rude. He told me that everything was suppose to be bubble wrapped and box before coming to the ship which isn't what the company I was sending to told me, they said to take everything with me and FedEx would handle it because everything was already paid for from the company. The FedEx employee then told me I'd be waiting about 20 minutes and it was going to cost me a good amount of money to ship what I was sending out. 5 minutes later a sweet young lady came out called me over and I was done within 3 minutes no cost for me whatsoever. I wish I could just give her 5 stars! That guy needs training on how not to be rude to customers when they are just asking a question.

Unhelpful employees. I’ve had issues multiple times with this location. Save the hassle and go to UPS or the Post Office. Or if you have to use fed ex just drive to a different location.

I Google before I came out to this location and it said open. When I got here along with 5 other people, two said that they checked Google also and it stated open but There is no one available to help at this location on a Sunday when it's supposed to be open until 6 o'clock.
