THIS PLACE SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! This is a classless operation, full of scammers. Mike, the installer, literally tried to sell my back my own equipment! I purchased my own Viper remote start system, and brought it to Exotic Auto for installation. He told me the box was missing the USB cable used to charge the remote, and had to run out to a phone store and get me another cable. He said it was gonna be another $25 for the cable. I agreed, since at that time I couldn't prove it. I picked up the car, and noticed the USB cable had very specific wording on it. I called the online retailer I purchased the system from and asked them to pull a cable out of 1 of the boxes, and read it back to me...guess what, same wording! They also sent me a pic as proof, since I told them the reason for my call. I called Mike, and told him he was a liar with a few more words I'm gonna leave out (I'm sure you get the picture), and demanded my $ back. He tried tried to make up a nonsense story, and only made himself look worse. I went in, and got my $ back, which is an admission of his guilt anyway. The backup camera he also installed has stopped working twice, and the Sirius XM cuts in/out constantly in a matter of a few weeks. I just made an appt with another installer to fix the hack job he did on my truck. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! GO TO A LICENSED INSTALLER
