The folks were very nice and accommodating, and the facilities decent enough, however, I left the building with three band-aids and multiple needle punctures over various portions of my skin from the failed attempts to draw blood. They did finally get it but it took quite a few attempts. I've had blood drawn before for various reasons and while it wasn't easy, it never took more than 2 attempts. I/m not afraid of needles and this was the first time I felt uncomfortable having my blood drawn. They would insert the needle and then start fishing around underneath the skin for a vessel, stabbing multiple times. The explanation was that I wasn't hydrated enough, which isn't true as I had plenty of water over the last few days. Frankly, I'm not an expert in this area, so make the decision for yourself over whether this is normal or not.
