I stopped by several Dollar Tree stores(6) looking for particular cups each time I was told no we don't have them no one even bothered to look BUT... Then I went to the Dollar Tree on Rt.73 in Voorhees I asked a gentleman Darnell if they had them he helped me look and then said he would check in the back he came out with a case I was so happy
talk about exceeding expectations
Darnell is a Blessing I hope Dollar Tree appreciates him ? ??
The next time I need anything from Dollar Tree I will go there first for sure!!

This used to be my favorite store. Lately it's an unorganized mess, often times there's opened boxes in the aisle, things everywhere. The worst part is the cashier's attitude. The past several times I've went there they look miserable don't even say hello but I had the worst experience today. The woman was so rude to the lady in front of me. She couldn't get one of the items to scan and she was like I'm not doing this and threw the item to the side and was just so nasty. I was in line for a while and my items didn't ring up either and when she was able to get it to work they rang up $5 A piece instead of $1.25. there were several on the shelf and it Said $1.25 under it. I told her and she's just like well do you still want them for $5 and I said no and walked out. Didn't even apologize or anything. The last time I was there I bought some frozen food and realized later on that it had expired 6 months prior. They need to hire people with better attitudes or put in a self check out because I'm not going back after today.

I would give this location a five star review for items in stock and cleanliness, but there are a couple new cashiers with the NASTIEST attitudes I have ever encountered, one more so than the other. I have seen women try their hardest to make one of them even crack a smile(God forbid) and they just continue with their scowl. I saw she was ringing an item 3 times that I only had two of, and she was so nasty with her response. I wasn't even upset and was just saying there should only be two. I didn't know that she couldn't get something else to scan, so she used a different item. She is always this nasty though. I have witnessed it a number of times with a number of different people and will drive out of my way to go to the location in Berlin now. She is also on the phone with someone using airpods all of the time. Either the manager is causing this poor employee mentality or she has such an awful life that this is her regular demeanor. Either way, I will pray for her.

This Dollar Tree is in my neighborhood and I like going there but I feel really terrible every time I have the opportunity to go by or visit. There is always just one cashier alone, on register, doing balloons and sometimes going back and forth to help in the isles. This has burdened me to the point I feel I must write about it and call in as well.I can’t imagine the psychological effects on this poor human of seeing the line buildup to no end and she is the only worker visible to handle everyone present.I don’t believe this is even safe for her to be alone on the floor handling cash. I’m not sure how quickly this situation can be resolved but it feels like slavery all over again, with a slight shift from the fields to inside the walls of Dollar Tree within the South Jersey area.If this company is going to continue there has to be a swift change in the staffing ratio per store. Employees are valuable and should be given conditions suitable to sustain their physical, emotional and psychological health. They will not stay under this current conditions. My hope is to see a huge change and to the employee on duty between 12-3:00PM on Sunday 01/29/2023, thanks for your help and for being so generous in serving us. You are appreciated and your efforts are not unnoticed.❤️❤️❤️I am going to call and see if I can talk with the area manager for the district because these cases of having only one employee visible in the store cannot continue.

Well stocked, was debit or credit only the day I shopped at this location. Not sure if that's a temp thing or changing way of working.

The manager Abdul went above and beyond to help me. He moved a bunch of boxes to get to what I was looking for. He was kind, and works very hard. What an asset to the company!

Has a lot of neat stuff but the inventory is really disorganized. I was looking for party favors and I had to dig into a few boxes of random items in the makeup aisle to find what I wanted. Didn't have what I came for though which was eye shadow applicators. I use to be able to buy a bag of about 20 there but, now I don't think they stock them.

I ? Dollar Tree... BUT this store at least the last few times I have been there is a mess. Stuff is all over and boxes block aisles. I looked at some of the boxes waiting to be opened and they were marked Mothers Day & Spring. I never walk out with less than $10, but I did today!
