By far the worst customer experience ever. Never has the prescriptions ready, requires multiple phone calls, and extremely rude customer service. Not even deserving of one star.

Frustrating. Frustrating. Frustrating. Every single month I have to take a refill for the exactly the same medication and every single month I have a different problem. This time, after a long time of waiting, they told me they could not sell me the syringes, because they are “missing” in the prescription. How can I possibly take an intramuscular medication without syringes? Drink the medication??? No way. I MUST take this medication regularly and they did not do anything to help. Last month they gave me the wrong syringes. Frustrating

Really poor service especially when compared to other CVS stores in the area. Pharmacy is the worst experience.

Rudest pharmacist ever. (Vivian "I'm the head pharmacist"!). I guess she was not happy that she had to work Christmas Eve so I was going to make everyone else's life miserable.

The pharmacy only has one line so you have to wait in a long line just to drop off and again to pick up.

Don’t bother ordering medicine that is offered at the drive through. They will just tell you to go in and get them.

Super long lines. Have had scripts called in multiple times that were not filled by the pharmacy 5+ hours after being called in.

The absolute worst. Slow. Inefficient. Lazy unfocused employees. They screw stuff up that you would have to work to screw up. I can go on and on and on....they are worse then the DMV. Go to another location if you must use CVS.

I was told my prescription would be ready in 2 hours, only to come back and be told that it was not approved by the insurance company. It was only after I was insistent that they verified that it had been approved over 8 hours earlier. The staff refused to own their obvious mistake; opting instead to be rude to me.

Always nice and friendly here both Pharmacy and in store. Today stopped in looking for Childers cough medicine. Worker who was stocking shelves stopped to assist me without requesting her help...above and beyond!!
