Doctors are great but this office as a whole is awful. I'm so tired of having to ask a nurse if I can bring my child in for a sick visit. When I call asking for my daughter to be seen, you have to tell the person on the phone what's going on and then a nurse calls you back. Sometimes they call you back fairly quickly, other times it's hours and usually they just tell me to do exactly what I've been doing and very rarely will tell you to bring in your child. As far as even getting a same day sick appointment, it's almost impossible! You barely can even get anyone on the phone! I never can get my child in for a sick visit... ever. I always have to go to Pm Pediatrics for sick visits and I'm tired of it. We will be switching offices. I've dealt with this for 7 years because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of switching my daughters' doctors and nothing has changed. It's always been like this.

The staff are terribly rude. After my son’s one month appointment, I wanted to schedule his two month and they told me they did not have anything until six months from then. My son suffers from torticollis and plagiocephaly, (it took a second doctor’s opinion for me to find this out) I was just told to keep an eye on it. No real direction, and without the ability to have a soon enough follow-up appointment. I requested to speak to the office manager and she stated, “why are you asking to speak with me, I don’t schedule appointments.” Very condescending tone and attitude. She also told me that it’s not their job to schedule around my work schedule. That’s quite literally the reason for appointments. Not to mention, they don’t respect your time and will have you waiting!!! Moreover, I was requesting a specific day, not to jump the line! Everyone wants good care for their children, and at the least respect. Regardless of age, race or status! & Especially when you’re paying for healthcare and insurance premiums! You can’t expect much from these staff given the horrible leadership. I switched to Gloucester County Pediatrics, and they’re the best. Amazing staff & flexible appointments. They actually care about your child, concerns, and time!

Office hours online are wrong. Rushed there from work to pick up paperwork for my daughter's school and online it says they are open until 8pm. They are closed it is only 6:14pm.

Most awful experience ever! My child was sick and due to a change in insurance this was the first available office I could find. The lady at the front desk was great. The nurse practitioner was nice, but was far from efficient. My child was running a fever of 102, they took an armpit temperature which is thee least accurate. Told me there was no fever. You could see the red in my child’s face & body and just touch my to know there was a fever. They then put me in a room, which I sat in for 40mins with a sick child screaming and crying. While waiting I could hear the staff’s inappropriate conversations. When the nurse finally came in she acted as if she couldn’t touch my child. She didn’t check his heart beat, throat, chest back, lymph nodes NOTHING!!!! She looked in the ears and said “oh they’re red!”I went somewhere else because my child’s fever wouldn’t break and I was told my child had double pneumonia, sore throat and double ear infection.Cooper really needs to do better with their staff. This would be my second time dealing with incompetent staff, which could lead to possible patient negligence

For such a large facility no matter when I call, can never seem to get a same day sick appointment ..now they even want your insurance card updated with their doctors name to appear on it before you can bring your child in even when insurance is covered. Very pretentious. Better of going to a different Cooper Peds...not Voorhees!

I don’t like that I can never call the office. I go to more urgent care visits because of the scheduling system for same day appointments. All they care about is money.

Every time I call to make an appointment or same day sick appointment, they keep suggesting I can send pictures through “my Cooper” etc. The receptionist told me to call the next day at 8am to make a same day sick appointment, and there’s nothing available so they lie about everything, Just to get you off the phone. Now I have to go to a different office after a whole week of trying to make an appointment. Also these new receptionist are rude and like to argue on the phone, get it together.

That clipboard questionnaire! Why write it down when the doctor asks them again and obviously enters it into the chart while they're with you? Two, the phone system isn't awful but it clicks in and out when they're running ads so it really does sound like they've hung up. Three, I don't take my son there for sick care. If he's that sick, it's a pediatric urgent care or the ER, otherwise he'd have to wait up to 2 weeks which is silly but that's how this works now. That being said, the doctors and staff have been very accommodating for wellness appointments, referrals, scripts and other paperwork that we need. Dr. Bruner and Dr. Levy have been very supportive and helpful regarding my son's condition. I've always asked a lot of questions and they are full of suggestions. They've helped to provide everything my son's needed and they've made me feel assured that we're doing our best for him. We've been to several other pediatricians that talk at you and won't even look you in the eye. We've been to places that are filthy and I didn't even want to sit down in the waiting room. Cooper Peds in Voorhees is NOT one of those places.

I have used Cooper Pediatrics in Voorhees for both of my children since they were born. The office staff and doctors are exceptional. They are always willing to answer questions and provide me with any forms I need (even after appointments). The staff is always polite and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone who has children!

I've been taking my son here for years to the neurologist. He has special needs and they are very accommodating with his service dog. We've always been greeted when we walk in and checking in/out is easy. We've seen a few providers here and are satisfied with their care.

I can never get a sick appointment for my kids. You have to call and wait for a long time before a nurse call you back.

Don’t waste your time here . The Doctors are GREAT! But sadly the other staff is HORRIBLE! The only reasons we are switching pediatricians is because 100% the desk people. IVETTE is beyond rude and doesn’t want to help out solve issues . Ironically she signed up to work at the desk which is exactly that , helping people. She transferred my call to another girl Yeidi Marrero who also was annoyed and said they can send a copy of my daughters vaccination . Well sure enough she Sent a BLANK email saying it was attracted and to enjoy the long holiday. She knew I needed this for my daughter to start daycare , and she knew i wouldn’t be able to reach again for 5 days due to the holiday. They were just annoyed at me and very unprofessionally intentionally send a blank email to get me to stop bothering .Don’t even bother with these people, Cooper hires the worst.

The new staff they have in here have no clue what they're doing. Hen we walked in no one greeted us and there were 6 people working triage! Vanity was kind enough to assist us after waiting for about 5 min( which is not my complaint today. My little one is only 2 years old and the gentleman, Lucas, (I believe his last initial was D) that took him in to take his vitals had nothing kind to say to me, my husband or my son when taking his temperature. It was done under his arm, which is new to us and we've been coming here for 2 year. Lucas was not welcoming to us at all. He had no conversation nor did he even ask what brought us in. Zero compassion or empathy. Being in a pediatric center is NOT the right field for him. With such a prestigious name that Copper has, we were very disappointed with Lucas's performance and bed side manner today.

Dr. Bruner is the greatest! He has been my daughters doctor since day one and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
