I have business Accountant with them last 2 years but Never warm welcoming they always have change problem never infough quarter or others

Have been very happy here. Staff is very friendly and efficient. I have moved but travel the extra distance for my peace of mind. TD was a nightmare and consistently messed up my account. They blamed inexperienced new hires but their errors were inexcusable. Never a problem with Columbia. Excellent service with a smile.

I usually get pleasant service here from their employees but like it or not, they do follow the rules to a T.
