I am very happy with the service I recieve here @ Citizens Bank Voorhees, NJ. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. I am especially happy with the banker Phillip, he has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He personally calls me back to follow up on my banking matters.
Here they make me feel like I matter and that they do genuinely care and want to help.
Excellent customer service always.

This branch only has one teller on duty, while there are three people in offices not waiting on anyone. they recently moved to a new office and they now do not have a drive up window . guess they figured no drive through, no extra tellers. the one teller they have is very nice but slow as molasses. there were 4 people in line and we all walked out because she was helping someone and I was told it would take ten minutes. that is the job of the customer reps, not a branch teller. wish I could close the account but there are other people on the business account. now I have to drive an extra two miles to another branch because I am done with the one in voorhees.

This bank is the worst. Hours on hold and they say call back on the same phone number to get a different department. Horrible customer service. I spent 1/2 hour on the phone today to be told of course, wrong department and given the same number I called. Bank of America - 5 minutes. This happens over and over. I'm sure you'll have the same experience.

Citizens bank is trash. Their customer service is horrible. Do not bank with them. They are the worst bank that I've ever dealt with. The customer service is the absolute worst.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. Every time I have had an issue with my debit card, they have been quick to fix my issue. The reason we bank with Citizens Bank is due to the customer service we received from this branch. Very friendly and helpful.

My grandmother has banked with citizens bank since 1972. She recently had fraudulent activity on her account due to a family member who is living in her home and taking advantage of her because of her age. My grandmother is out of the country in her second home and with her on the phone I was unable to resolve the issue of her son and his daughter taking money out of my grandmothers account. I was told that she would have to come to the bank in person to come to a resolution. So citizens bank is allowing my elderly grandmother to be taken for everything she's got because they cannot find another way to stop this activity without making an 82 year old woman book a 22 hour flight back into the country. Unfortunately for citizens bank they will be filing claim after claim and will be under investigation once the adult protective service and police are informed. It should NOT be more difficult to keep your money safe than it is to allow other people to access your money without your consent. Shame on you citizens bank for not finding a better resolution for a long time loyal customer. In this day in age their should be better resolutions for certain circumstances especially when it involves elderly financial abuse! This ban deserves 0 stars
