I've had nothing but good experiences here. Every time I have had an issue with my debit card, they have been quick to fix my issue. The reason we bank with Citizens Bank is due to the customer service we received from this branch. Very friendly and helpful.

The Banker, Steve, has always been extremely helpful and courteous. He makes banking at this branch a pleasure.
