I really appreciate the time that they got it done they dealt with the problem fast the maintenance is very good polite and the people who work in the office are very polite and respectable and they really have been catering to my needs since I've been living here keep up the good work God bless

These apartments are disgusting and are not maintenanced correctly. They will overcharge you and push out old tennants that have been loyal and living there for decades.

I was moved in by Megan R. and she was fantastic and so helpful! It was the smoothest move-in I've ever experienced. The area is quiet and peaceful and the surroundings are clean and pleasant. Overall, I am very pleased with my move-in experience and my apartment. I love it and I recommend it, definitely call Morgan R. if you need an apartment home!

I like my little apartment and am very happy here. Since I was fleeing a domestic abuse situation, safety was a priority for me and the cameras and lighting are a definite plus. The property itself is maintained well and I’m enjoying the autumn foliage from my bedroom window. The train depending on what train (Amtrak or Patco) can be a little loud, but I find it charming at times.I’m looking forward to purchasing furnishings and decor to make it completely my own. Maintenance is great & timely & everyone in the office is super sweet & kind.

I recently filled in an application for Burnt Mill and i had the best experience for my first time apartment. They worked everyday with me to make sure i got every document i needed in. They gave alot of information that really help me better understand also. It was a easy process for me. The management team is also phenomenal! Everyone in the leasing office was just so nice and friendly. The property itself is beautiful. I already love it and i havent moved in yet. For my first apartment i am very satisfied and happy with my decision.

After 12 years of living here , Morgan properties continues to gauge their faithful residents with exorbitant increases . Now they are forcing residents to a $65 “amenities” fee because they are in cahoots with Verizon and mandating them to have their high speed internet against their wishes .

We moved in Oct 2022, we were very indecisive about which apartment we wanted but Rosemarie and Heather Abrante were very patient with us. We had some request which were granted. I feel safe walking in parking lot at night because you can see it from window. We had some issues upon move in but they were addressed right away. The only negative we have is that the dog park. People don't know how to clean up after their pets. They provide the bags for you.

Very few updates to my unit. The cabinets were 50 years old and the management kept painting over them. Nothing got fixed timely. Find someplace else to live!
