Suzette Gayle was a huge help to an elderly relative with a complex financial situation. She is a star.

Slow service, no drive thru. No one knows how to use their new system so my payments keep getting put in wrong. Usually only one teller working so there's always a line that takes forever, even longer now with the new system. I can't stand this branch or the bank itself. Moving my account someplace else.

Of all of the local Bank of America branches in the area, the Voorhees location stands out as the best because of the hard work of Suzette Gayle. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. The site is busy, so best to make an appointment in advance for any issues if possible. Good personal service is hard to find, but it does exist at this location because of Ms. Gayle.

Absolutely Ridiculous Policy! My elderly parents have an account with BOA, I do not.I needed to make a cash deposit into their account. I walked into this branch & was told that they DO NOT accept CASH!REALLY?!?They only accept checks to be deposited in someone else's account. I'm not withdrawing money, I need to put money IN.Nope, would not accept CASH!Absolutely Asinine!

If you only want to open the lobby for a few hours a day then at least open a drive thru window! M-F 10:00 am start time for lobby hours with no drive thru is ridiculous!!!

Is there an option for ZERO? I went to this branch yesterday and was just disgusted. It’s extremely obvious that they don’t want to have branches open to the public. I had the displeasure of dealing with someone presenting themselves as the manager; Suzette Gayle. Since I was there for a long time, I saw plenty of transactions with this rep, and I’ve never seen a more lazy nor condescending banker. As briefly as I can: 1. Didn’t want to transfer funds for a client - told him to do it on his phone. 2. Completely mislead and ignored an Hispanic woman and her translator, as they tried to understand a bounced check issue. She got rid of them finally by telling them to wait for a letter in the mail. Then REFUSED ME ACCESS TO MY MONEY because I had a State of Utah issued photo ID - she would only accept a NJ DL, which I’d misplaced. Clearly stated on BOA’s Primary ID list is a US state issued identification card with photo. I also gave her acceptable Secondary ID from the BOA list, which she also refused. When I asked for her supervisor, she told me that she IS the manager. Oh boy… no sense in even talking at that point. When a banker throws up unnecessary barriers, they need to be censured, re-retrained, or fired. This employee should fall into the last category. She was wholly inconvenienced by the line of people needing service. Customer service and empathy are NOT within her vocabulary, as demonstrated by even just my short unpleasant visit. Given the feedback of this branch, and her assertion that she is the manager, it’s obvious that under her leadership this branch is failing it’s customers. She needs to go.

I’ve been with this bank since 2008. This specific location makes you jump through firey hoops to do anything. Cash a check, notarize something etc. switching banks today because of this specific location.

Less than one star if I could!!! Try calling there for kicks. Can't get a person on to ask about anythig else than the canned mens they have. If you call the local branch, guess what they do? They direct you to the customer service tel# where you'll be on hld forever. When I had a mortgage with them they were just as terrible. The Fed should take a look at their servicing. Its absurb and ridiculous. Long wairs mis information, getting transferred all over - its really the worst!!!

The employees here act like they are doing you the favor.. the lines are long.. not a fan of BoA.. it's no wonder to me why the are closing branches.. Berlin..Vineland.. etc.. they must keep only their sourist employees as the better ones quickly find work elsewhere ... try Columbia Bank up the street..

The bank tellers are rude and unprofessional. They take forever to answer their phones and also give so much attitude when it’s their job to answer certain questions. They say one thing over the phone and when you actually go in there, they go against everything they just told you on the phone. Just go to use the atm nothing more or you’ll get the WORST SERVICE OF YOU LIFE
