From the moment I came until my transaction was complete I was treated with the upmost respect and care. Tiffany and Norma have been extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond to assist me.
Norma has helped me several times with challenging ordeals. She always remained calm, and reassuring assisting me with any questions I had.
I appreciate the great customer service and sympathy I have received during my time of need.

Clean property, easy access and egress, accommodating / personable staff and management, very reasonable prices, and you don't have to bring your own lock! New tenants also receive the use of the Award Storage business moving van at no charge, no charge for an assortment of starter boxes, and no charge clear tape to seal the new boxes - great way to begin your storage experience! Btw - there isn't lighting in the units.. bring a flashlight!
I highly recommend this storage unit business!! Rob - Property Mgr, / Tiffany and Norma (Front of store staff) are great to work with.

This is my first time using a storage and it’s been a pleasant experience. It’s unfortunate that I can’t recall the two ladies that’s helped me through the process because they were so helpful. So far it’s been super secure and I appreciate the unit being temperature control. I have most clothes and shoes, so I really needed a temperature control unit.I only wished that they had an elevator to the second floor because going up and down those steps with bins of clothes and shoes was a workout!I would definitely recommend anyone looking to rent storage unit to check out Award Self Storage in Voorhees Township. It’s affordable, for me at least and it’s a clean secure location with different options to choose from!

Staff is very friendly and efficient. The prices are reasonable compared to other storage facilities. I loved the fact that have a free truck!! Might want to avoid the weekends though cuz there is usually only 1 person there and you may be there longer waiting your turn!
