“The last couple of months have been rough for me and my family. I had fallen into a place where my car had been neglected for some pretty critical repairs. I was able to send an email inquiring about their service from the website which was answered fairly quickly. They were able to let me make an appointment at the time of response for a week later. I was nervous leading up to today because car repairs can be very expensive and repair shops can be intimidating to deal with. I was able to drop my car off in the morning, and it was fixed and running great by the late afternoon. The technicians were fast and knowledgeable. Heather, who was coordinating everything was wonderful. I highly recommend this shop and will be taking any business I have back to them from now on.”

“Walked in to this shop with issues from different auto repair shop, they figured out what the issue and was able to fix the problem with our washer fluid and fog light. “Took my GTI to AutoSpeed for carbon cleaning and they were reasonable on pricing + did a fantastic job in good time. They were the only shop amongst many I had called that was attentive enough to find out the history of my car so they know what to look out for. I felt 100% comfortable leaving the car in their hands. They pointed out any additional problems without pitching me on services that I wouldn't need which I appreciate. “The staff is very friendly. I love that the mechanics are through. When my vehicle was hit from behind at a red light. My vehicle bumper looked fine, but they explained that there could be damage under the vehicle. There was, they took pictures and sent it to me before repairing the vehicle. Also, they worked directly with the insurance company to obtain payment. My input was not needed.”

“Mike at Max's Auto really know his stuff. I took my 1997 F150 to several mechanics and they could not figure out why my check engine light kept coming on. He was the only one to solve my issue. Also, I had a leak under my truck which I was told by another mechanic that's what old truck do. Mike told me where and why it was leaking. The intake manifold gasket which was addressed by another mechanic months before. I really wish I had known about Max's Auto before I dropped a bucket load of money into my truck. In the future I will most definitely use Max's Auto for sure. Mike and the other mechanic which I can't remember his name is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle there.”

They do everything we need have never had an issue with the they are responsible and quick to work on our trucks invoices very well made with vin numbers to mileage and very detailed on what service was preformed.
