“I had the best experience ever with Collingswood Sew&Vac .I dropped off my sewing machine on a Saturday , they emailed me on Monday with the details of the repairs needed and a price .After giving the go ahead with the repairs they called me on Friday and said it was finished and ready for pickup .i couldn’t be happier ,and my machine is running beautifully. “Traveled from Philly to this store since there are no longer any Oreck stores in my area. My approximately 20 year vacuum was now difficult to push & not picking up. The gentlemen came out from the back office immediately. Plugged in the vacuum and evaluated what needed to be done. Even though he had a pile of repairs ahead of me he said he would fix it right then. I didn't have to ask, he volunteered. I was so grateful that I didn't need to leave it and make another trip. This man showed what customer service is all about!! He was wonderful and took pride in his knowledge about the product. A rare find in today's world!”
“I had purchased a lawn mower that did not function properly. When I returned it it still had fuel in it which is against their policy. Immediately the manager Oscar got involved and explained the policy issue but still took the lawnmower and approved the return. Outstanding customer service!”

“This is the best Home Depot in the area. Everything is orderly and in the correct place. The hardware section is the best especially when compared to Cherry Hill. Imagine going to a bin and finding what is supposed to be there actually in there! The plumbing and electrical sections are similarly well maintained. I find Jonathon very helpful and the world is a better place because of Dorthea in check out!”

Laurel, I walked in and an employee I told him I was in a hurry but I needed a windows 11 program. He said sir I will be right back walked into the back of the store came back immediately with the program walked to the register paid for it and walked out. 6 minutes, Thank you Dorien Best Buy sales person Great Job.”

Technically, it wasn't Home Depot's fault; it was GE's delivery service. BUT! With that being said, I bought the washer and dryer from Home Depot, so it was their job to make it right. After three attempts, Tonya got it done! Thank you! You are a model employee of Home Depot!!”

“Friendly service, quick delivery. Bought washer and dryer combo and am very pleased with what we got. Also if you live in this port richmond area nearby the store they are a great stop because they have stuff that can fit through tiny doorways and stairways and products that are easily taken apart if you want something bigger that can fit past these tiny spaces. Would recommend for anyone nearby.”
“Excellent experience recently at Ferguson when picking out plumbing, supply, lighting, and other bathroom accessories for a complete remodel of an older bathroom. This was our first experience with Ferguson but it will not be our last! Amanda was extremely helpful as well as patient. We had a tough time deciding on just about everything we selected and she spent way more time than she anticipated, I am sure!Have dealt with other local plumbing supply businesses and found that Ferguson's pricing was competitive and in some cases better than other local merchants.”

“Came into this Establishment Monday afternoon to get assistance with a part that went bad in our shower. A shower cartridge that all the Big box stores were NO help with!!! I never got the guys name but he was super helpful helping me find the part online & come to find out its under warranty!!!!! I was there with my wife when the Dewalt sales rep came in. Will be using them again for all future plumbing repair parts!!!!!”

“Expected to arrive at this Home Depot around 9pm, an hour before they close. I live in Philly, and am about a 20min drive from this location. One detour and two wrong turns later, I arrived 20-30min before they closed. I'd had a very long, and frustrating day, and walked into the store completely frantic and distracted. Wasted 15min looking at tiles, absent all problem solving and decision making skills. Next thing I know, I'm being guided to the other aisle I needed. Found empty packaging for the product I was looking for, had zero f**ks left, when the manager Jason appeared asked if he could help. The store had officially closed, but he grabbed a ladder to get the item down from top stock, and helped me figure out exactly what else I needed in conjunction with the tool. I was *shocked* by how calm, patient, and genuinely kind Jason was; I rarely come across people like him who provide excellent customer service, plus, go beyond what's expected in order to help someone. Jason helped me for what I'm guessing was 20min past closing; he wasn't irritated, and smiled and joked while helping me. He successfully exorcised my crappy mood, and I left with a smile on my face, feeling much calmer than I had for most of my day. More people deserve to know that being their genuine selves, and providing help to someone who needs it--no matter how big or small--made a positive impact on another person's day.”

Not much to say except that i had zero issues picking up an online order, none with processing a return and none while doing other miscellaneous shopping. “I have used American Freight a few times in the past and always get good service. The sales staff are friendly, patient and helpful and the prices are very good. My last purchase was a scratch & dent refrigerator. Delivery and install was really fast but sadly the ice machine was not working so I spoke with Nettie (operations manager) at the store who went above & beyond to set up an exchange. It's rare to get this level of personal attention & service these days. She personally followed up with me at every stage to make sure I was happy. I can't thank her enough. Incredible service!
