“Caesar is the MVP in the tire department. I came in for a walk-in tire repair after it was not corrected by Mr. Tires. Caesar quickly found and corrected my tire issue. In addition to managing the tire area, I witness Caesar handle a store customer issue and aided her in retrieving her customer pick up order. Customer service is rare and anyone else would have told her it's not their area. Caesar is the best and one of the main reasons I wouldn't hesitate buying my tires from BJs.”
“I have been a member at bj s for at least 25 years. I like bjs and keep coming there because of your managers. Anita has left but thank goodness Roxanne is still there. Whenever I have had a problem Roxanne always has the answer Recently I had a misunderstanding with some information that was given to me by another employee. Anyway I never expected it to be corrected but Roxanne was able to do that to my surprise. She is always pleasant and easy to deal with.
