5 STARS!!!! This company is one of the rare service companies who REALLY REALLY CARE. Talk to Mel for all of your needs. He will help you resolve your problems. He did so for us after many,many other companies left us in the lerch or charged us and did not do good work.Hearfelt thanks to Mel and his workers. Today they left me crying- for joy to have finally come across nobility in business! Thank you, Mel!

I go to Vineland Syrup for CO2 and recently Corny kegs for homebrewing. They are very easy to work with. Tracy in the front office is super helpful. If you are a homebrewer I highly recommend you see them!

Picked up a co2 tank which was good quality. The staff was respectful and provided excellent service. I plan on buying there again.

If the products and service Vineland Syrup provides are anything like the exchange I had with one of their delivery drivers this morning then I am amazed they are still in business. After blocking a one way street in South Philly during morning rush hour, the delivery driver simply threw on the flashers and waved off the line of cars quickly forming behind him. Myself and another driver stepped out of our vehicles to ask him why he didn't even attempt to park in the large spot about 5ft from where he stopped the truck. He told us, rudely, that he can't get into that spot, that he would be there at least 10 minutes and the longer we argued about it the longer he would be. There was another minute of verbal exchange, "the world doesn't revolve around you" "it doesn't revolve around you either" "get over yourself" to which the delivery driver's response was a resounding "F**K YOU!" Completely blown away by his response, we returned to our cars and proceeded to back out of the street and re-route along with about 5 other cars. There was also a line of cars forming on the other side of the small intersection while this was taking place. It is apparent that Vineland Syrup needs to retrain their delivery staff in driving skills and traffic laws; at the very least common courtesy and public relations.

Only reason I'm even giving this place one star is because there's no option for no stars. I had purchased a Kegerator some time back and was referred here from a local liquor store, when it came time to fill the tank this place said they don't fill them on the spot that they will give me a filled tank in exchange for my brand new tank plus a nominal fee. When it came time to refill "that" tank (this gray haired guy with jacked up teeth) told me that he couldn't take "that" tank because it was part of a recall for being a defectively welded tank. I told him well I purchased it here and he told me no I didn't...REALLY?! Rather than a local business owner taking care of a local customer he blatantly lied and wouldn't exchange it, so I'm stuck with a tank that no one will refill or take back in exchange. So much for a business standing by their products and taking care of the customer! If your business is that cheap where you can't eat the cost of something you sold to begin with then apparently you needed that money more than I did (the average joe customer)!
